    It just has low, high or keep warm, no auto on mine. I had it on low, gonna try it again tomorrow and see how it goes. Glad I'm not the only one with 'caramelisation' though ;) Mine was slighty just past that though :rotfl::rotfl:

    I find ready made sauces tend to burn quicker that home made ones due to the high sugar content in them

    this is really sad but i'm off to bed, totally rubbish day at work and have still to sort out my tax stuff for my accountant, my middle name is last minute.com, am setting my alarm for 4am tomorrow (yeah right!) to sort it out then, i work better in the mornings
