we had it yesterday as I got it whoopsied the other day and we aren't big fans of itwas the stuffing with oranges or something like that? well, at least I know now not to buy it again
I don't think so, definitely had "belly" in the description. But you could be right about the orange flavour, I expect the butchers use same stuffing. Got it between xmas and new year so might have been a seasonal flavour. I really liked it as did OH and my mum but DDs didn't, think they would have preferred Paxo.0 -
Been to s££thbury ro£d tesco, good news is scanner is working now,so easier to check prices. Peeps please do not leave your items around it,this is one of the reasons they dont bother repairing it as it adds extra work for staff. Take a look on Grabbit...I have just ordered a Time for Tea china cake stand for £3.33 thanks to the OP. It is the same set as the tea pots that were £2 instore a while back. Did not want to take the chance that they may be reduced instore too, but may be worth a look. Wonder if anything else in the range will be discounted.
Oh I got the teapot and oven gloves (and mugs which I bought full price :eek:before finding this thread) ... I may check the cake stands instore if I ever get my bum out the door.
BTW ... The oven gloves were a brill find ... reduced in 1 store to £1.75 ... still had the 3 for 2 stickers on them ... and they just happened to have 3 ... and what a surprise the 3 for 2 didn't come off :j
BTW ... does anyone have an HTC mobile which they use to browse instore? I'm a bit of a numpty (more so these days) and I'd like to be able to update this thread if I find anything but can't work out how to do it. Doh!0 -
Good Morning Folks, my local Tesco has Surf 42 washes in the Oriental and Tropical flavours on offer at 2.24 . These were just inside the door, with loads of other half price products.
We didn't have any vouchers with us but I think Unilever VIP are giving a 1 pound off voucher at the moment. HTH:cool:0 -

Haven't got my maths head on at the moment so not sure if this works out cheaper than the current huggies wipes offer. Mind the price reduction hasn't been applied yet so still showing as £9.99 at the moment. Price reduction = £4.89 from tomorrow

Pampers ^^^
Huggies wipes offer BOG2F = £2.59 for 3 packs = 192 wipes x 2 = £5.18 =384 wipes.
thanks Cosmic, but for me I think it works out better if you get the large 12 packs - on offer at !4.99 but 2 for £20 (assuming you have the twenty quid to get them with!)Many thanks JumbleJack , I 'll note it and try it , I'm slightly more concerned about the amounts of sugar that I have daily , I've tried tea without sugar in the past but I find it only tastes ok if I dunk half a packet of biscuits or hot buttered toast (it makes the tea taste lovely) in it or wash down a couple of cakes - of course this has other side effects over time like having to wear trousers with bigger waist lines
I think I'll just try to limit myself to x numbers per day ....
Fourp....i used to drink coffee with 2 sugars in and decided to cut it out, but just couldnt drink it without it....so i 'weaned' myself off it! Week one I cut out half a spoon of sugar...then once I'd got used to that and it was fine, I cut it down to 1 spoon...then on and on til I was only putting in about 1/4 of a spoon of sugar...could hardly taste it so then went for nothing and it was fine....maybe worth a try that way instead of going 'cold turkey' so to speak? hthhoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
right, I guess I'll dry my hair, put make up on and see if the small Boots down the road has any Vichy AND shots
bf still not back and didn't call so I hope it's going well... I'm gonna open that 35 quid champagne bottle if he gets that job!(free from mr T of course but it doesn't make it less posh :P )

I had to cut my sugar out gradually. 3 spoons (I kid you not!) to 2 spoons. 2 spoons to 1.5. 1.5 to 1 etc until now I do not sweeten my tea at all.
You'll get there. My sugar bill has gone down considerably as I drink about 10 mugs a day (redbush counts as your daily liquid intake!). Imagine how much sugar I was using:eek:
Now I only use it when baking.:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Got the Boots glitch this morning for the first time :j:j Was much fun, the 2nd time when I got 6 of each the SA was a bit  at the amount to pay, but didn't say much and had a look at my reciept before she put it in the bag
Feels good to get a glitch, here's hoping T's get themselves sorted and give us something nice soon!
:rotfl:
No T's though, didn't really need anything so didn't bother going inmaybe go later in the week
