  • Hi to all you friendly folks and thanks for all the help you each provide.

I found this site just before Christmas but I live in Central Scotland and my 2 nearest T's are very small and have no scanners, so I've only managed to pick up a few things that have been posted on here, e.g. 1p green T-bags. However I did take on board the recent comments that even if I can't find things to report, at least I can tell other peeps the 'stock levels' in my locals.

Well yesterday I was further afield in F4lk1rk and got a £22 DVD player (as has been reported) and there was still one left on the shelf. :j There was also a dual one but I couldn't check the price of that. Had a quick look at clipstrips but couldn't see anything at all that's likely to be 1p.

Hope that helps someone and I'll try to contribute when I've anything worthwhile to say although maybe I'll just join all the chit chat anyway. I really enjoy all the banter cos my OH and I have just sold our business and retired, and I kind of miss all the office/work banter!:rotfl:

I know someone will know the answer to this cos you're all so clever. How and whats the best, free, virus control I can download for my new lappie or should I just buy one? I've always been a bit scared to download one in case it doesnt work, but I trust you lot to give me the right advice;)

    Morning all.
We all use AVG free version and find it really good. I have a neighbour who designs computer programmes and he reckons there's not much can get past AVG and it's certainly as good as, if not better than Norton.
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Hello Barley Sugar. Nice to hear of another success regarding the DVD players. It's funny how they have all cropped up on the same day :rotfl:
Please do join in the banter....as you probably realise...we do enjoy a giggle!!

Down the left hand side click 'Your Points'
On screen I see a table with 'Collection Period' 'Summary' and 'Detail'
If I click 'View' in the 'Detail' column for any collection period I see:

Card number - Date pts added - Transaction details - Total points - More info
If I click on 'More info' I get a pop-up showing:
