Made these this morning for me and the old lady i look after for breakfast - not as where near as good as yours im afraid Mislaid but im pleased with them, and must admit they taste pretty good, so thanks once again for the recipe. Would have posted earlier but have been tied up - not literally i hasten to add, my OH went away for the weekend to Benidorm and arrived back in UK this lunch time, then rang me to say he couldn't get in the house and his Dad (67) was lying on the floor in the front room, he could see him but couldn't get any answer!! told him to ring for an ambulance then he had to find a way to get in im at work 75 miles away, so i couldn't help him to get in quick, he got in ambulance arrived and it looks like he has been there since yesterday morning, he has been ringing me on and off all day from the hospital - suspected broken collar bone, broken leg and also damage to his head and one of his arms, still waiting for the results back from the x-rays, he has been at the hospital since approx 3pm with him and still no definite news on what is exactly wrong, i have never heard my OH sound so scared its really shook him up, i would love to go home and be with him but i don't have any cover this week for my job so stuck here till friday :mad::mad:

I think JJ and I may have seen the same website, which says:
"This information is gleaned from the excellent book "Portmeirion Pottery" by Steven Jenkins and Stephen P McKay, published in 2000, and from information obtained directly from Portmeirion Potteries."
Is that the book you are using? Interestingly,it also shows a a backstamp for pottery produced in the Welsh factory? near Portmeirion which shows a dragon, porthmeirion and cynnyrch cymru:) (I must learn how to post links:o)
I have that book too somewherelovely book & excellent illustrations (& I have sold Portmeirion to one of the authors) The book I have here is The Story of Portmeirion Potteries

Mammoth catching up session finally done, had a giggle at the pjs stories.....still in mine as slept all day trying to avoid the hangover from hell....its now official, I'm too old to be drinking shots like a young thing. I must have been bad as I woke with half my clothes still on and a bump on my forehead, no idea how that happened!! On the pjs note my son and his friends made a short film yesterday with him wearing his onesie. Hes studying film production at uni and this is being presented as part of their coursework

Can I please mention that I put -79p (that is 79p profit rather than spent). I can't imagine anyone on this site spending nearly a whole pound on that lot!!What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
