There goes the bank balance ...I must admit I thought that Tevez put his heart & soul into every game he started , the guys got a super engine under his bonnet ....and Alex has a good boot on his foot .

Good luck in getting them b'cos by golly you need them .

I remember a cold wet night in Manchester a few years ago we played United in the cup, they played their reserve team & Tevez, he scored :(

  • Has anyone in NI found the cheap snowglobes or cuddle me bits have to make a nappy cake up for a pressie and was thinking could maybe use some of those in it thanks xx

I tried Lisb*rn this week, got a nice SA to scan loads for me as store scanners don't seem to be working, the snowglobes scanned full price. Did try somwhere else maybe lurgan and they were going through full price too. Did 4 different stores this week so can't remember. Was looking a DAB radio. Saw the 6p rolling pins in Antrim and Crumlin if anyone is interested. There are some £1 thomas the tank engine duvet covers in Antrim too. Have loads to catch up on here and baby is sick...again. Found Hello kitty art set from £15 to £2 will try to post photo later. Baby awake and yelling.

The Thomas duvet covers - have they always been there or have the cheap ones appeared recently? I ask because none of the half dozen stores I've tried had them so I haven't checked in a while. Unfortunatley I'd spend more in petrol going to Antrim than I'd save on the duvets.

    That's a lot of stores :)

Can I ask if there were more of the hello kitty art sets and where you got them?

Sorry 11+ ers and lurkers ;) I forgot my manners and did not say Good Morning all.

Also sorry for leaving the pub last night without saying Good Night but I think that pint glass of red wine was a bit of a mistake

    Ideas please!:)

I have loads of used, glass holders, that had Glade or Airwick candles in.
Other than throwing them away, (a shame as some of them are really pretty and that's not very MSE), has any one got any ideas what other use they could be put to?

    Any tips, greatly appreciated.:D

    morning Elite! :)

I'm still full of cold but it'a a lovely sunny day here in London and I AM GOING TO TESCO! :p btw Andrex on the go is really handy if you need to blow your nose every 2 mins ;)

the only thing is I'd love to stay in my PJs, dressing gown and make up free :p do you think I can go like that? :rotfl: No, didn't think so... ;)

off to get ready, cut out some vouchers and 'borrow' bf's car while he's still sleeping

thanks again rosie :) we normally seem to make everything work quite well :o it's just moments like that when he puts all the little things together(no matter if already discussed or not) and that results in a huge row
told him many times to talk about things when they start being a problem and not just wait and see if it disappears itself...
so then he gets everything off his chest at once, doesn't think about the words he chooses and an hour later comes to say sorry

I'm not going to change for him :p But I will try to improve the things I know I can and should(maybe don't spend ALL evening on here, just half of it ;))

The money is a separate issue BUT here is hope for things to change soon :j Bf has last stage interview tomorrow and if it goes well he(we) will be better off. Also the London issue might go away then as the job is in London(he's currently commuting to Buckinghamshire where we lived before) and he really really wants it and looks forward to it :)

Anyway I'm NOT QUITTING Mse  And he knows very well it is a big help for us...

At the end of the day yes I love him and I want it to work and I'm sure it will because I know it's how he feels too :)

Hope your Tesco trip makes you feel better looking forward to reading your report later.:j

Can you clean them well enough to use them for posh looking homemade chocolate mousse dishes ?

Whilst on the subject, a lot of you have very nice looking expensive kitchens, I'm looking for the name of the Rolls Royce of Potato Peelers they look more or less like regular ones but you just need to tickle the potato not lose the skin off your fingers as well. All I can remember is its a foreign sounding brand a one word name.

Not been about for a while as we have [STRIKE]foolishly[/STRIKE] decided to move to a little village in licolnshire that i have never heard of before let alone been anywhere near! We looked at it last week and are moving in on friday:eek:
Oh finds our house too small and stressful so this should hopefully help his mood and recovery but my gosh moving is stressful in itself!

Need to find my new T's now , hopefully it will be a glitch heaven
