Banbridge Caz, I find them much better than Junction 1, though a few of the shops have disappeared since I was last there in the summer. But usually find loads of bargains. We got there as it opened at 1 today and it was quiet but when we were leaving at 4.30 it was packed...oh and if you ever go, head to the visitor centre first and they give you a booklet of discount vouchers, DD got 10% off in both Gap and Nike with these today too
Never been to Banbridge. I'm a creature of habit and even driving to J1 or Sprucefield scares me as I hate getting lost (ever since I drove up one of two roads in Belfast many years ago that would scare you). Used to love J1 as they had a place called Kitch'n'Sync (kitchen sink - geddit) but it's closed, Ralph Lauren has gone, Next outlet is pathetic as is the M&S one and apart from that all I can remember is Starbucks.

Haven't been able to keep up for a while so i have read just random pages. I had over 300 pages to catch up on - it would just be mission impossible for me.
A bit late but Happy new year everyone.
Congratulations sunshinestar on new baby - i hope she is doing well.
I have been keeping an eye on a kung-fu panda portable dvd player it's bright yellow it was £79.99 down to £49.99 so hopefully it will go down further. I have been trying to get the 1p toilet rolls, but keep getting trouted - could someone please buy them and take them away from temptation and prevent me from any further embarrassment they are in Lu*g*n. There are also some 6 person tents there for about £37 if anyone is interested and some chuggington repair sheds for £6.
I love a challenge but a bit far out of the way for me. You really need to pick your SA of if that store has SS tills, pick a busy time of the day or bring a cohort with you to distract the SA while you scan & pay as quick as possible. I managed 14 with a student yesterday so it is possible.
Anyone cider drinkers here? Got a £1 bottle of Stella Cidre and me & the folks were surprised at how nice it was. Are all ciders similar or as similar as they can be in that they're not like the cheap stuff you bought underage from the offy (white lightning anyone ). Wish I'd known cider was nice back when the Magners was glitching but you live and learn eh?
Right off to watch NCIS or Desperate Housewives - whichever I find first in the planner. Night all :beer:0 -
Night guys I'm turning in for an early night too x
Oh and does anyone else find it amusing that they have to keep putting the names of the celebs on the screen in cbb this year. Tickles me how naff the celebs are!0 -

Happy, I have a new challenge for you. Just seen the advert for 'Playing it Straight' starting Monday 9pm E4. Not sure how many in the show are gay but I remember the last time I saw this, any preconceptions I had were out the window!0

Evening, I can't sleep for the third night in a row, my new meds are giving me such gas I sit around feeling like a pressure cooker. I just farted and almost flew off the seat.
BTW is it conversations like this that make people think I'm male? :rotfl:No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023

it seems to be yes as the man on the front stock seems to be SS10 (spring/summer 2010) ...the dual dvd players are going for £25, single are £22....and the ones with the boy on from SS11 are going for £79.99 and £69.99...but hopefully they will drop soon!!
they seem to be popping up every now and again so keep your eyes peeledI got a SS10 blu-ray player for 50p last week!! Found it all lonely on its own on the shelf....:j admittedly it was a return with no remote control...but it works fine and someone had left Smokin Aces dvd in it - bonus!! And have ordered a new remote for Ts to reimburse me!!!

I've been having terrible wind tonight too!
Me and the dog are having a farting contest. So far I'm winning on volume and toxicity. I'm also 3 ahead of her.
I'm not winning against my personal best on toxicity as I they don't smell tonight but they do win on volume and possibly mph :rotfl:No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2023
