Hallo you marvellous Elite + ♥
Caz & G1D you are fabulous people& very strong
Horrid cold frosty morning here - but I did put a bag over the Aloe Vera last night so hopefully safe
Working this morning & ironing mountain to tackle lateras we're running out of clothes :rotfl:
I put the 9 roman blinds on Freegle - with individual photos & details. Then said please say which ONE you would like to make it fair.
Responses back - 'I'll take them' Is it just me but firstly greed comes to mind & secondly where are their manners?
Haven't responded to them - just deletedcalmly
Debating whether to go to Boots but I don't need vitamins - but it is so tempting as it's there
Did similar thing myself before Christmas, let the stuff go to the first guy that rang and my son (motto: trust no-one, not even yourself) watched ebay and yep, they all turned up on there within a week. I sent a message and contacted freecycle but the deed had been done and I have no doubt he will do same again under another name.
People like this spoil it for others as I for one will not be putting anything else on freecycle.0 -
As I doubt many (any?) others on here will read the Tesco Annual Report And Financial Statements 2011, I thought I'd post a couple of extracts from the "Vision" page:
"Our Vision - to be the most highly valued"
"Our core purpose is to create value for customers to earn their lifetime loyalty. This objective sits right at the heart of our business as one part of our Values – 'No one tries harder for customers'."
"We know that if we look after our staff, they will look after our customers. Work can be a large part of our lives so our people deserve an employer who cares. That's why one of our Values is 'Treat people how we like to be treated'."
For those communicating on issues it may be worth quoting some of this sort of stuff, especially in email to HO.:)
thanks for this Artha...have added it to my little saved folder of info just in case I need it!!
Do you receive this as a hard copy or is it available online to read? Dont want to read the whole thing, but would like a nosey through if it was online!hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

I was only wondering about Cheshunt last night, it being the flagship store & all that & wonder what the customer service is like.
That's my local
It is cavernous. I'm in there practically every day, even then, I don't get everything and the stuff I leave always goes quick so there are definitely other lurkers in there very regularly.
The CS staff in general are very nice, there are one or two who are a bit trouty but I can't complain, they are the best CS in any of the stores near me. Always lots of suits wandering about, people from HO visiting, pow wows in the aisles between departments, I try earwigging but never hear much interesting news.:starmod: DO IT NOW :starmod:0 -
Miss Laid...could you please add mine to the list 11p

Love Welsh cakes and the older generation always seemed to make them better than us...I have my Gran's gridle....I love it, whenever I use it takes me back to standing beside as a little girl helping her make Welsh cakes..:)happy memories..:):)
I'm 48 the bakestone I can trace back 120 yrs and I doubt it was new then, I also use my great grans recipe with *shock horror* half lard half butter, when I text my O/H to say I'm making them I have a sea of council groundsmen faces at my window and 4 dozen got in under 5 minutes[/QUOTE]
Is there any chance of having the recipe - these welsh cakes of yours sound absolutely lush!!! will love you for ever :A:A:AVery proud to be Strip club member No 430
