Forgot to say good morning everyone.
Beautiful sunny day down here in Devon....but a bit parky!
I've woken with a bit of a sore throat so hope I'm not coming down with the lurgy.
Glad your elbow is better for being strapped Nikkilala, but agree with the recommendations to have the op.
A lady I used to work with said it made such a difference that she can't believe she put it off as long as she did.
