as its been made clear that trying to use inappropriate language or bypass the swear word filter will not be tolerated and will result in warnings leading to a ban...do you think this doesnt apply to yourself, eveen if you're quoting someone else?
I will report your post as we cant have one rule for one on here and another for another.
Will that apply to your post then for quoting merrywidows...post with the swearing.......shall your post get reported......i think people need to calm down and grow up......tit for tat....and all that......when hc and the mods have both calmed down......maybe it can then be resolved when everyone butts out......0 -

it's been locked by redfox as we are not allowed to discuss PPRd members!!:rotfl:
So really if you think about it, we have probably been lucky not to have had this thread closed then, perhaps the mods were allowing discussions for a while because HC means so much to many people on here.0 -

Ok, I have had to resort to lurking for the past wk as my dad was rushed into a&e on sunday morning where for only the grace of god, he did not die.
Thank you Motherbear and Kymie for asking how he has been, I did see your posts but unfortunately had no time to reply until now.
On the subject of HC, which I have no problem of bringing up, I for one have found this thread like a little family to me and wouldn't be without it. There are many of us on here that feel that way and share similar problems, which is why we can all understand what each other is going through and help each other out, where our other friends and family may not be able too.
For example, I know that I am definately not the only person on here with friends or family in hospital and from some of the responses I have had, I know that some of you have personal experiences with both mine and my dads health conditions.
It is also somewhere to get away from some of the realities of real life and say things that under normal circumstances we may not feel able to talk about.
This thread has been my lifeline for the past 5 months and HC has been a big part of that.
He brought a lot to this thread and to me personally. He has always been kind and helpful. For example, if it wasn't for his help, I would not be able to share pics of all my finds with you all. He has also brought awareness to people about aspergers, which can been seen from some of the recent posts. Which will hopefully mean that when encountering anyone else with a similar condition we may now all have a greater understanding of what it is like for them.
I know that having any kind of medical condition does not excuse anyones behaviour, but I think when upset a lot of us would lash out. Then once we'd had the opportunity to think things through and calm down, we may feel differently.
On the subject of younger people reading this thread, it is surely up to their parents to decide what they have access to on the internet and when most of HC's comments that may be close to the mark (along with some other posters too) are posted in the early hours, the surely not allowing youngsters to view the nightime postings, may be a more sensible option.
I too was surprised that a lifetime ban was put in place and would have thought a temporary suspension to act as a warning, may have been a more appropriate first course of action. This in itself would ensure that HC actually rec'd the warning, unlike the messages sent that he may not have.
I also find it very difficult to make friends and am very often misunderstood and thought of as rude or difficult, so I know how HC feels in a situation like this. But HC as you have become so comfortable of this thread, to the extent that you even felt happy to come out and post your piccie, it would be such a shame to lose all of that and all of your friends on here just because right now you feel angry, HC I hope that given some time you will change your mind about wanting to be back here and will do whatever it takes to join us again
I think this post sums up how a lot of people feel about this thread and happy chappy. I for one dont post very much but in the last few months we have all read about peoples ill health, family problems, sick animals,18th birthday partys, offers from university and of course the two beautiful babies that were born.Happy Chappy was such a big part of this thread and i think that this is just PC gone to far.0
