MSE_Forum_Manager wrote: »Hi all
Just thought it was worth updating you all on the HC issue. We have received an email from the user as follows:
"I am not grovelling to be let back on the forum. It's obvious MSE Andrea has a problem with me and it's for that reason she can GO F*** HERSELF!"
So there you have it. Unfortunate but that's what we've been sent. I'm not sure what to say really, but I feels this (regrettably) justifies the action we were forced to take in the first place.life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0 -

logged on to see if HC is about yet but doesn't look good
that wasn't the nicest e-mail he sent but im sure it was just because he was frustrated and angry, i can imagine this forum and the people on here where a big part of his life
ive just been reading up on aspergers syndrome as i was unaware what it meant, for anyone interested;
People with Asperger syndrome sometimes find it difficult to express themselves emotionally and socially. For example, they may:- have difficulty understanding gestures, facial expressions or tone of voice
- have difficulty knowing when to start or end a conversation and choosing topics to talk about
- use complex words and phrases but may not fully understand what they mean
- be very literal in what they say and can have difficulty understanding jokes, metaphor and sarcasm. For example, a person with Asperger syndrome may be confused by the phrase 'That's cool' when people use it to say something is good.
- struggle to make and maintain friendships
- not understand the unwritten 'social rules' that most of us pick up without thinking. For example, they may stand too close to another person, or start an inappropriate topic of conversation
- find other people unpredictable and confusing
- become withdrawn and seem uninterested in other people, appearing almost aloof
- behave in what may seem an inappropriate manner.
my friends son has it and he is 12 years old, she posts some of the things he says on facebook as son's quote of the day and its funny but not if its your child, one he said to nana was if you did'nt have all those lines on your face you would be pretty, i could go on with quotes and stories but its not my place , the mods are doing the same as the people in power that she is fighting to get help for her son and has been for the past twelve years, I was the same until she explained it to me and i am beginning to understand what she is dealing with he never sleeps unless she gets sleeping tablets into him and he was blamed for bullying a boy because of a game they were playing. As i said some of the stories she has told me i have been reduced to tears, its a consent fight getting doctors teachers etc to listen and understand.
All i am going to say is us mothers with normal children are very lucky and should be grateful. I would not wish the life she has or her son.0 -
...Anyway, does anyone know if M&s managers reductions have started in Scotland yet? I rang a store in town and they said no, but others are reporting it has. Don't want to miss it. I need to stock up on the MIL's birthday gifts

I have a son with MILD aspergers.
His emotions are all over the place and says inappropriate things that 20 year olds shouldn't say.
I am very fond of happy but purposely don't read the late night stuff as I know what a drop of alchohol will do when mixed with his condition.
Just an observation to almond...... (tongue in cheeck) what is a NORMAL child???
much love to you all (especially happy)0 -
