Towards the end of last season I was in Scunny, Donny & Barnsley within the space of about 10 days & had to come back home in between can't rate the Park Inn Rotherham highly enough. Sadly before I discovered the Tesco threads I was just comping then.

My OH is from Rotherham.....he's still got a lot of family living around there.
I've only ever been a couple of times but liked the outlet centre at Doncaster.
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

  • Thanks Guys.

Mini Miss MSE is doing great thanks. Was a bit Jaundice, but tht has settled down now so nothing to worry about. I had to get an ambulance out for me yesterday as was in severe pain - turns out i have a womb infection.... boooo.... Docs wanted to keep me in hosp to have antibiotics through a drip or something... but wouldnt let me keep little Miss with me, so i refused and got sent home with tablets instead.. feeling a lot better now though.

cant believe how much ive missed you guys, and going to Ts..... having severe withdrawl symptoms. ha ha.

Once you have a week or so off from it, you kinda lose touch and when you go into Ts - feel like you have no idea what to look for... so i recon i will be having a few days catching up first, then see how i get on closer to the weekend. xx
Did pop to asda.... got quite a few Whoopsies.... ended up buying a birthday cake for £1.25.... it was no ones birthday... but i felt like i needed a bargain... was a nice cake though. lol. x

Well good luck to her. As a mum, I know how you're feeling.

Is alex around? No posts of late from him?
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

Thanks for the thanks people. Wasn't sure if I'd get a bit of flack for poking my nose in! Its nice to have support from you guys. :)

Oh the other thing in there, I found a complete unopened box of snow globes....chucked it in my basket but ended up just taking one out the store as I gave all the others away to other bargain hunters! **FK thinks they is far too soft**

It'll be interesting to see if they actually do ban these people.
I am not a regular T's whoopsier as it's too far for me to go, but nearly every time I've been, whether it's a Sunday or an evening, I've seen the same couple there. Mr sits in his Mobility scooter between the person doing the ruductions and the shelves blocking the way for anyone else to get near them while Mrs is inside grabbing everything in sight. They have got it off to a fine art! I've also seen them take all the expensive meat before it gets reduced right down and Mr sticks it in his basket on the front of his scooter and drives around the store with it.....then takes it back to be knocked down further....This really pees me off!!
The only time I've done really well was the one night they weren't there, and everyone else stood back and shared it out fair and square, asking if anyone else wanted something when there were more than two or so of each item.
I think T's (and other supermarkets for that matter) need to start banning certain people from the whoopsies so good on you for complaining :T
