    Very quick & easy Spotted !!!!!! using suet

    100g S F Flour
    50gs Atora suet
    50gs sugar
    100gs sultanas
    1 egg - beaten
    4 spoons of milk

    Mix all together with a spoon in your 8p glass casserole dish with lid.
    Stick in microwave for 5 minutes

    Done - ladle golden syrup on top :D

    jumblejack ; today I shall be cooking up a very tasty (but not original ) beef stroganoff . I'll be using Mr T's organic beef purchased on a knock down (800g for £2.50) , reduced (sic) double cream and one of Lady Delias cheats in the terribly clever range from S&M and for pudding we might have a festive one .
    I was young once , now I get older all the time .

    The hardest thing I do is get out of bed. However I need to take my recycling to T's late, do some tidying up and I dug out the clippers last night to give myself a hair cut so a busy day for me.:(
