Very quick & easy Spotted !!!!!! using suet

    100g S F Flour
    50gs Atora suet
    50gs sugar
    100gs sultanas
    1 egg - beaten
    4 spoons of milk

Mix all together with a spoon in your 8p glass casserole dish with lid.
Stick in microwave for 5 minutes

Done - ladle golden syrup on top :D

I wish I had a microwave. It would have to be micro to go in my kitchen!!

I used to do no.2 cakes in a microwave.....

2oz of EVERYTHING: sugar, butter & sr flour and 1 egg

Cook for 2 mins in microwave. Easy peasy. Serves 4. Tastes like a steamed sponge.

    Endless variations too:

*Substitute 1/2 oz of flour for cocoa for choc sponge.
*Pop syrup at the bottom of yer bowl before adding the mix for syrup sponge.
*Add coffee granules with the flour for coffee cake (could also add walnuts or crushed nuts)
    *Add dried fruit
*Add lemon zest to the mix then drizzle with sugar and lemon juice whilst hot n steaming.
*Add dessicated coconut to the mix then smear top with warm jam and sprinkle with more coconut for a school dinners type pud.

    Etc etc.

Love your recipe though. Wish I could fit one in my kitchen :(

Hi all, just a quick pop in from work to thank Snap-ant for making her decision to change the quiz to private. I, like Caz, have changed my mind from last night.

I looked on to see today's scores (normally play when I get home) and could not believe 22 seconds. I know some of the guys, including myself, can be pretty fast, but that's ridiculous.

Will be popping into Mr T's on the way home, C*ln*y H&tch, to see if they still have any Guinness with the cuff-links.
Will also check out the eggs and post my findings.

Fourp - nice to have you getting a chance to post.

Anyways, back to the grind. :(
