Son being hit at school

Looking for some advice, my older sister had an argument with another women a few weeks ago since then she has been causing alot of trouble.
Anyhow the past 2 days her son has been hitting my son at school, i think shes put him up to it as before this he has never hit any other child and is quite a nice boy.
The school do not do anything so my question is can the police do anything, even if its only having a word with the parents? may sound silly but my son is scared of him as hes older and the teachers take no notice.

I would phone up the school and ask for an urgent appointment with the headteacher and see if that gets you anywhere.0

have you been into the school yesterday or today to talk to the head/year head about it, and see what action the school are prepared to take?0 -
Ring and ask for an appointment with school - primary, go to the Head or Deputy Head. If its senior school, Head of Year/Pastoral Manager. Explain the background to this/these incidents and what has happened to your son and take it from there.0

is this your primary year 1 son? i can see from a previous thread of yours that you've had to go into school before with problems regarding bullying of your son. Keep on at the school, every day, in this instance the hitting has only been going on since yesterday, yes?0

Straight into school, ask to see who deals with bullying.
Tell him/her what happened with your sister and this woman, and point out the coincidence that her son is now bullying yours.
Ask to see their official bullying policy.
Tell them to pull their fingers out, reprimand the boy and have a stern word with mum or you will approach the board of governors and Edu dept to discuss their slackness where the bullying policy is concerned.
Then tell sister to sort it out with this woman once and for all because you aren't prepared to have your son bear the brunt of it.
Seems to me that mum has been whispering to her son that your son isn't nice and he should pick on him...nasty, but not unheard of. :mad:Stone walls do not a prison make, nor iron bars a cage.0 -

My sister has tried but the other women is unwilling to sort it out, my sister has for the past few weeks ignored the women in the hope she will finally get fed up and leave her aloneWins for 2011: ........................

You need to talk to the head and give them a chance to do something, not just assume nothing will happen because they didn't take action about a previous incident.
If you have told the head what happened and they took no action, then contact the chairman of governors.loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.0
