Youre right being SE does make it harder to have a consistent budget...but I need to get better at forecasting.
To that end I need to send out my CV to someone who has asked for it, and have had to cancel a meeting to do with my voluntary work because I need to prioritise a training course. Cant do everything and need more sleep. Getting out of bed this morning was hard..

Thanks everyone. Blimey is it only Tuesday? Feels like Friday for sure..
Day 2 of Operation Spend No Money. I was disappointed that we had to put fuel in one of the vehicles in order to get it to the garage for servicing. But had to be done. Otherwise not a penny left my or OHs wallets.
Porridge and coffee again on the train. Milk in the work fridge for cups of tea. Lunch thrown together. HM bread from the bread maker for my lunch sandwich. Charging phones at work and on the train.. Have binned exercise this evening in favour of making sure DD2 does her homework.. not sure it;ll be done if I go out you see..
Doing TTs most days. Worried YNAB is not synching well. We still cling on to the classic version from years ago and I wonder if its no longer supported.
Have a good day folks xMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Chilly but bright. Love this. Is Spring on its way??!:)
Our race at the weekend was cancelled so getting £90 back - that will go straight against the cards. A NSD yesterday. Whoop! Everything packed again today except no lunch as being provided.
Homework went well and a plan for this evening. She is on board (at the moment) - lets see how it goes. DD1s Mock went OK too.
Money shuffle happening Friday. Looking forward to that.
Have a great Wednesday all - only 2 days of the traditional working week left!! Yay!!

It's nice and warm here today bar the odd hail shower, looking forward to spring now!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Hail??! This weather is bonkers. Tonnes of rain on Monday evening..did you get it too jwil?
OK day. Thought I would initially collapse with exhaustion but actually I managed it fine and now on way home. Easy tea from freezer and larder of chips and salad and burger. Definite crowd pleaser!!
Will do some shuffling tomorrow and a TT. Trying to use cash as much as possible. LSD today with just a small grocery spend of items for the weekend as I went through the station. Coffee in flask and train then bus. It makes for a seriously long commute but its cheaper so thats the way it has to be at the moment so thats fine. Got the CV across too.
Planning a treat from the Treats pot this weekend...dinner out if I can find a voucher and cinema, using a MOV we have. Want to see Black Panther..finally! Will be a nice Saturday treat I hope. Also out with friends tomorrow eve, but no cost as its at their house. Win win
Savings in the S&S ISA too. Up at over £10k, want to get it to £20k before September 2019. Best crack on thenAnd EF and Repair fund will be topped up next week....cant wait
:rotfl:
And last but definitely not least.. YNAB seems more stable :jMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal
