Hi dangers - heard about that too and hope it lasts for the UK into next week- when we come home :)

It's awesome here - would recommend thoroughly. And remarkably MSE - like €11 for 4 beers and 3 soft drinks.. So am in heaven. The menu of the day is a huge find too - which we were put onto by our Spanish guest - amazing food (2 courses and a drink) for €8 pp on Friday. I was in heaven :)

  • I'm blinking sure they would Brizzle. Problem is none of us have valid passports anymore so that's a major expense before we even start :( Xx

Yes they are pricey. Realised this holiday that with poor timing we have 3 to renew over the next 18 months! Annoying.

Up late watching more golds - well via BBC live commentary stream as can't get BBC proper! But annoying but understand why they block it. Aren't Team GB doing fantastically?

Have a great day, Brizzle xx

    Hi NOA

Still here! :) It's amazing. Not sure I can really cope with coming home.. May have to learn Spanish and do a 'Tilly' :rotfl: It's been wonderful but back home at end of the week.

Have been adjusting the budget on YNAB. Need to get real and start once again sticking to the plan. OH too. We have both been recording but very slack on saying 'no' to stuff whether for us or the kids.

    However from small acorns..

    - recast budget for end of August and September
    - looking forward to a small reduction in the mortgage due to the fall in base rates. Hope it's an immediate change - and letter waiting for me at home - will then do a TT for the full amount each month
    - done a TT
    - had a NSD! Whoop! We have just enjoyed kicking around the villa. After spending the money really important to me we enjoy the accommodation - and that's what we have done. With a great meal of leftovers and the freezer (thanks previous tenants! :))

Hope all good and looking forward to cruising the diaries and catching up soon
