Not me. I've just gotten home from a few days away and didn't realize how much I needed a change of scenery. It has put a little bounce back in my step.
Hope the rest of your week goes well Biz and Lou! Life can sometimes be so draining. A lot gets crammed into our days. Wishing you sunny uncomplicated days.Overprepare, then go with the flow.

Felt better today..think a good sleep helped. Fasted today..am sure it was slightly over 500 calories but not by much. Oven steamed white fish and veggies again for tea which is my go to I think. I made fish cakes chips and salad for everyone else and resisted even having one...it's early days of course but think this food strategy may work for me
OH will be working away a lot this year..it will be hard I think. Maybe being part time will be a blessing then even if money will be tighter. I look at our block of bricks on try cupboard door and at the moment it seems like a mega high wall, daunting even, but every brick coloured in makes a difference I guess..
DD1 trudging through exams. Less prepared for this one tomorrow unfortunately. Think her revision has been lumpy. But fingers crossed she is better prepared than she thinks..
Have done a TT. Not spent anything today, will check with OH whether it's NSD. Have s PC survey to do, which will be £3. Every little helps!
Hope everyone is good xxMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal
