Hi Brizzled found your diary and thought I'd give it a quick read after the encouraging words you left on mine. Well a quick skim through, actually turned into a pretty much all day read from start to finish and I have to say I am mightily impressed with your dedication to debt busting :money: Your progress so far is amazing and give us sometime wobblers something to aim for :T
I've also picked up more than a few tips that I'm going to try out, Tilly Tidies for example are a brilliant idea :j
Have a great week and enjoy the sunshine :cool:0 -
Thanks Indebted2U and my gawd, am very impressed at you piling through my ramblings over the past 2 years or whatever it is!! That's some staying power!
Yes there have been hiccups..given the cash I have received employment wise over the years and given that I have reputedly had my first LBM in 2003 why I am still £11k in debt is the truly shocking thing:eek: but just have to pick yourself up and make sure I get and STAY debt free this time..
So today...well what a bleak day it's been. Consequently we have all been playing games and reading..only spent £6.72 today...basically 2 Ebooks. That's it. Yesterday was sunny and gorgeous and we were on the beach, today no chance!:rotfl:
Eating well though.. Use ups and stuff from the fridge!
Have a great week folks xMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Thank you lovely SBO:D
Have just paid an outstanding grocery bill..veggie boxes and stuff which takes me to over July's food budget. Just shows you how it mounts up and a wicked £140 on alcohol..:(
Quite a lot is still in the larder but even so...
Weather has drastically improved..thank goodness. Kids on beach with OH. I am reading and cooking..pasta and Use Ups sauce..a la tuna, olives and any veg I can find with a tomato sauce. Still spending as little as possible. £3.20 on bread and some cake and OH spent £5 on iTunes yest to keep us entertained!! It was raining loads:rotfl:
Tomorrow will probably be a spend day..I fancy steak and chips...and there is a butcher near here who is amazing..so it'd be rude not to!:T
Hope better weather is here to stay for the rest of the week
And hope everyone is good
