Hi Brizzle
How about a week-day lodger? My brother is a contractor in IT and works away Monday-Fri. He finds lodgings, and would be an ideal tenant as he's so quiet and tidy. Mon-Fri in his case means he isn't there on Monday morning or on Friday evening.
