Thanks guys..
OH really loves the jam.. soaking the rhubarb in sugar for hours and adding cinnamon and a touch of cloves in with a ton of ginger obv did the trick! 9 jars worth.
Exhausting day again today. Am snookered but..
- squandered £8.95 on 12 kri=py k32me doughnuts....but gawd were they needed..stuffed 2 down immediately. Motorway horrendous:eek:... but on a better MSE note, have my £100 M&'voucher so now need to spend and then gracefully cancel my bank account. Should be only spend of today unless OH and I go out for a sneaky drink..think maybe we should;)
- We also have some potential students staying in the summer.. I dont really need the hassle but £380 tax free would be handy if it comes off:D
- we also now have 4 hires for the van this summer. All good news and the income will be very welcome
Boo to the rain. Its horrible. Hope everyone is OK

Rhubarb jam sounds lush Mrs B
My parents also do students, although I'm not sure they found it made them many £££'s as they kept having to ferry them around from place to place when they missed buses etc eep

Did you unblock the drain with bicarb and vinegar? I did that the other day and absolutely loved the science experiment
Worked perfectly as well.

Hi kerri

A good few days ahead I hope..
- work has calmed down for a bit..well enough time to draw breath anyway
- BM doing overtime but its always nice to have new bread
- Tilly Tidies done and fraudulent transactions alerted to bank and have been assured they have been removed..
- OH and DD1 had a great day in the big smoke yest. Boris Bikes an all..still cant quite see my 13 yo cycling around Trafalgar Square and Buck P but apparently she did great
- OH cleaning van bless him for first hire of the season
- DD2 made cookies yest with our babysitter..nice chocolatey smell to come home to!
- need to do allotment but then its fun stuff...lunch at local pub with friends ( a treat I think we all need), tomorrow a concert we have already paid for this eve and then OH and me going to away overnight (already paid for). Otherwise a nice chilled MSE few days to look forward to and no work until later next week!:D
