I hope you get the holiday you're after stressed22 I think there will still be lots left as it is a big promotion. I seem to remember the website crashed in a previous year, but I guess its difficult to know how large a number of people might be trying to get on for a short peak time.

Grrr...fuming! I have just booked my holiday and recieved comfirmation, however the date selected doesn't match that on the confirmation email!!!! How is this possible?? does anybody know how I can resolve this? I have tried ringing the 0844 number but judging by the website crashing it is probably unlikely that there will be an answer, I have also email a general enquiry and even phone the holiday park? So upset...this week I would have been celebrating my 30th and daughter's 6th and now its 2 weeks before the date I wanted!!! I feel sick

Dont panic, its busy now because everyone is trying to get online and get their holiday's booked, but it will slow down, and the sun are pretty good at resolving issues. When are the dates you booked? Are they close or a few months down the line?

I think more and more people are doing these holidays each year and the website just can't cope with the volume of people who apply on the first morning. Don't give up!!! Have a break and try again later when things have calmed down a bit. Good luck!!!

April 30th was the dates requested and for some reason it came back as the 16th? The previous page definately said 30th? The availablity was there and I am wondering if its because I had to re-enter my card details previously?? Thank you for your response though. I have been going for the last 6 years and cant believe it has messed up!!

It's because it is for the peak dates which are £15 Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon or £30 for the week same as the uk dates.

Hi all,

Managed to book a stay at Haven Quay West last night for March.

I paid to upgrade to a luxury plus caravan, looking on the Haven site they offer Standard, Standard+, Superior, Deluxe, Deluxe+, Prestige & Platinum.

Does anybody know what a luxury plus upgrade corresponds to at Haven?

i wasnt sure how it works when you do it online i was stuck for other park choices when the site went live last night as i hadnt really thought about it,

got my first date choice and the park we really really wanted so
thats a lovely break for my birthday
