Without a priority number you cannot book online. However once you have been on a Sun holiday it makes you eligible for a priority number and you should get one sent out in the 'next' lot of holidays. Some sites can only be booked via post anyway - hope it's one of those you want.

Yep you need the priority booking form to be able to book online, so you would have to try and get one from someone who doesn't need it or send it by post and hope you get the place/dates you want.

Always worth a try i did mine last year by post and got what i wanted just did research first into loads of the parks, which while the site is down now is what im doing too lol

Thanks guys, I have put my name on the very long list for a code so maybe I will be in luck. I don't know anyone who has a spare. If not hopefully get somewhere for the right dates. Glad I didn't mention it to the kids yet!

I'm not sure if I got mine, I got through to the payment page onto verified by VISA but after i'd put that password in, I was returned to a page saying that the site is temporarily unavailable.

Is there any way of checking that its gone through?

I've had a payment confirmation from world pay but that email specifically says 'THIS IS NOT CONFIRMATION OF YOUR HOLIDAY BOOKING'

Would you assume it all went through correctly or would you try again?:eek:

You should get another email confirming your booking - showing park & dates etc. But maybe if that one is coming out from the Sun servers it might have been delayed. At least you've paid!
