If you have had a confirmation from Worldpay, it seems very likely that your payment went through. I booked my holiday about 5:30 last night and it was fine, and I also got that worldpay confirmation. It isn't a holiday confirmation as that comes directly from the company the park is owned by, but it does mean that you are guaranteed a holiday at the park you requested for those dates. So I would take that as a yes. If you try again it is likely your reference number won't work.

We all had to start by collecting the tokens and going in via post. If you are quite negotiable with dates and parks you will get something, then next time you will get a priority letter with a reference number. :j

hi all, i put my ref number, codes and email address in pressed book and now it says temp unavaible :eek:. ive been refreshing for over and hr now but hopefully i will get throgh but if i do will it be ok to use my ref number and codes again.

Thanks smallblueplanet....fair point about the website crashing faster this morning had people hadn't booked last night but not helpful. I am amazed and annoyed that such a large corporation like the Sun can offer these promotions and then not ensure that the infrastructure ie website can cope. They seem happy to let their readers collect tokens etc and sit back and watch their blood pressure rise when after 9 days they can't book the holiday they want...or even get onto the website. I am still very unimpressed :mad::mad:

You should be ok because you haven't actually booked anything.
