Shouldn't that be the other way round? The Beach Crocs are the ones that come in split sizes e.g 38/39 but the Caymans come in whole sizes, e.g 5,6,7 etc and are a bit of a narrower fit. I've got both types as well.
Either way, the Uk women's size is still 2 sizes smaller than US, so Beach crocs that are 38/39 would be a UK 6/7 and Caymans size 8 would be a UK6.0 -

European 38/39 is a womens UK 5/6.

Don't know Manchester. (which isn't much help!) but if you have a 'Cube' shoe shop in Manchester, they sell them there.
Or, you could do what I did: they sell them in the Next Directory, so find a code for free delivery from the 'discount codes & vouchers' thread on here, order a couple of pairs from Next online to try on. Then you can return them free if you don't like them...or buy them somewhere else cheaper!
They might actually have them in Next in Manchester, but I haven't seen them in our shop.0 -

I've ordered a size 4 and 5. Now 4 feels a bit tight and 5 feels massive.
Also both are different, The 4's are made in china and have big nobbles inside them.
The 5's are made in italy and are more smooth inside. Which should they be.
I've got a pair of Caymans made in China and a pair made in US, and both are very comfortable...no nobbles! So I don't think where they're made is the problem. Maybe you just got one from a bad batch?0 -
They're selling crocs in NEXT in Newcastle, so maybe all next shops are getting them instore0

OOooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh How Exciting! :j :j :j :j
I've just had an email from Taylors to say my first ever pair of crocs are on their way (Caymans).
How long do they usually take? I know they say 7 - 21 days but I'm sooo excited! :j :j :j

I've had the same problem with static too although it isn't all that much worse than usual. I wore non-crocs yesterday for the first time in ages and last night my legs felt really tired even though I hadn't walked much!
I get static shocks from the shopping trolley every time I wear my Crocs in the supermaket. Doesn't happen with other shoes. People must think I've got a nervous twitch if they see me jumping every time I move off down an aisle!0 -
