Hiya,
Regarding the size it depends. I wear UK 7 US 9, my mum wears UK 6 and usually a US 8 but twice now I've bought her an 8 only to find that the 9 would be better. I couldn't get the Sassaris in an 8 but the 9 fits both of us quite well. They don't fit loosely like the Caymans but they still fit quite nicely. (Now I just need to paint my toenails!)
Dave at Taylors is great. I just rang as they cocked up my order slightly. I ordered Sobeks & they sent me Scutes by accident. (Can I just say that I've ordered about 15 pairs of shoes from them before & this is the 1st time they've ever made a mistake - & they sent me spare rivets when I asked them to!)
They're open at the moment, time difference means they're in KS open 9 - 9 which is 3pm to 3am our time. We're on Talk Talk so free international calls. Unfortunately no Sobek to be had for 1 month in my Dad's size so have kept the Scutes, ordered some Sobek's off Ebay and will let Dad choose on his birthday.I checked the status of my order and its not started being processed yet, so hopefully I've caught them in time.
Do they look good? Are you pleased?I was saying to Edilass, that the link on the Bloomingdales website shows an aerial view, and they do look quite wide.
I have never been so excited about buying anything online before.

Hi
Does anyone know the best place to buy the fake crocs? Don't really want to fork out for the real ones as both DDs as their feet are still growing.
Had a look in Leeds market the other week but they only seemed to have black or white ones. Must be able to get a multitude of colours from somewhere as there are enough fake ones on ebay.0 -
Hi,
In sports soccer (you know the bargain sports shop that always has a sale.....) they have got the kids skechers version for £7.50. Limited colours though - I think pink, blue and black? HTH0 -
Also try cheapo shoe shops, I was in Wrexham last month and saw only pink in one shop for £4.99 and pink, blue and black in another for £9.99 but I don't remember the names of the shoe shops.0

I haven't actually bought any fake ones, but I've seen them for about £3.99 (I think) in Deichmann Shoes in Bradford (in the Kirkgate Centre, they've moved from Forster Sq). They had adults & kids in pink. I've also seen them in Next and some of the other "cheap" shoe shops (Priceless, Shoe Express etc).
I just wondered if anybody has bought the fake ones, are they as good as the real ones? I was worried the fakes might be made of cheap plastic and might not be as good for your feet as the real ones are.0 -

Medium is 8 - 9, wellies in 9 & MJ tight in 8. I would say go for a W9. I have the Mary Janes in a 9 and they are much wider/looser than the Sassaris in a 9. The Sassaris are reasonably snug around my toes rather than the loose way that all the others fit, not in any way uncomfortable just a different shape...0 -
