EXPIRED Boots Vitamins Discount Error

havent got the chance to check this thread before i went to Boots...I got 3 bassetts vits 3.99 each 3 ricolas 6 shots and 1 fcuk gift set worth£4.00 after 75% and ended up paying £17.51 and too shy to cancel the transaction...

can i still return the shots and the ricolas? TIA

You could see if the sign is still there saying one shot free with each vitamin/herbal product and then return them saying the offer is not as stated but you didn't realise until you had left the shop and checked your receipt later - worth a try?

Just popped in to Boots earlier today and picked up 1 RE-ENERGISE shot (Free with any vitamin or herbal product) and 2 of the Ricola Swiss drops

The Ricolas are on offer at £1 from £1.45 but the 3 for 2 kicks in on the full price so you save an extra 45p per 3 items

till gives you -1.99 for the shot, -1.45 for the ricola (3 for 2) and - the extra 45p

2 ricola and one shot went thru at 55p!!:D

thanks op has any else tried?? hubby really likes the shots unfortunatly i only got a few caught on to the glitch too late wonder if it will be worth my while planking my backside outside boots and going in numerous times to stock up for him

Thanks OP, this has been mentioned for the last few days on the Boots Vit Glitch thread, but worth another heads up.


I stood in awe as my sis bought:

x15 shots
x12 Ricolas
x 2 primsose oil
x2 facial wipes (x2 for £3!)
£2.50 xmas gift
for grand total of : 49p !!!!

The SA 's face was a picture, my sister told her it was a 'special offer!' and she just put it through with a 'good on ya' attitude.
Amazing deal.

The shots offer is now limited to one per transaction - thee was a sign in my local today. Looks like Boots have caught onto the glitch.

Just went to stored around Victoria in London but they had been cleaned out

I went into my small local. There was a sign saying only 1 shot per transaction. I got the vitamins @79p, vitamin b @ £2.** and the shot £1.99. It took off the shot and 79p vitamins. Thanks OP. XX
