Same happened to me this morning, 15 shots, 15 vitamins/ricolas and some soap and glory tins put my advantage card in to pay with points, it was about £30! The SA said the offers would work out once I had paid and the receipt was printed :eek: had to get the manager to refund me, I was so embarrased but he was really nice about it and kept apologising to me! The sign by the shots was still saying one free with each vitamin product and only a few had gone through free so I explained this was why I wanted a refund.
