My Boots has a sign saying that the shots are now limited to "one free gift per transaction" "sorry for the inconvenience" Sorry for the inconvenience! Damn right! This is the first time my local has had any when I've been in!

I think you are right, they gave me only 1 free shot per 3 vitamins so I was getting only 8 free shots (with offer 5 for 4) and would have to pay for 7 of them. My head hurts.

The glitch is over as such but...

just popped in and picked up 3 shots and 3 of my new fave sweets(ricolas) and took them to the counter and asked the SA if it was one per vit, she said let me try... but as reported by Artha it went thru as on per transaction however.....

3 ricola and one shot went thru at 55p!!:D

can't be bad!;)

So glad I read this before tootling off for my lunch break (along with an actual prescription this time so it actually looked like I was doing something).

Only managed to get this twice, but still very grateful to OP for it. My first, but definitely won't be my last glitch

Can confirm this isn't working in Glasgow either. I got 12 shots, 6 cheap vits and 6 Ricolas (luv 'em) and a £10 face cream...total came to over £26!:eek:. Silly me had forgotten to withdraw money and had to leave the lot at the SS. Coincidentally today's the first time this branch had shots in though...

That's £16 for the shots and 6 Ricolas and 6 79p vitamins...doesn't seem like the shots are even on 3/2, but I can't be bothered to do the math . At least I got some yesterday, was good while it lasted!

I would love to get more Ricola sweets (lemon flavour one is very nice) even I have to pay for them now!:rotfl:

I am on a diet at the moment and they are ideal (have 5-6 of them a day and not feeling guilty lol).

didn't get a chance to look on here before i left this morning. So picked up 15 shots, 13 ricloa, 2 cod liver oils, 75% off fearne make up bag £5 3 no. 7 makeup removers, used a £5 off voucher. Grand total of £40 something!!!:eek:

i had already stuck my card in then had to say it was a little more than i had thought. could i come back for it:o

Not a good experience. lucky it wasn't busy:o
