That says I can open a JOINT account if I already have a personal one.
I have a joint one already and want to open a personal account and get the offer.

    Reverse...

Sorry, I was on my way out when that was posted. The same point in the terms and conditions confirms that the reverse is possible. (As corrected by Gromitt above).

in the same boat as a few on here i guess.

me and OH have individual reward accounts but may aswell go for this in joint.

how do we open a joint account?

can it be done online whilst logged in to one of our accounts?

should it be done online as a new signup?

or is it open an account in one name and then add additional name in branch? (find this hard to work out as technically one would have more than one account in sole name initially).

    thanks in advance.

You can't open a Joint account online (at least not as a new customer, and I imagine this is the same for existing customers), but it can be done over the phone or in branch.

If you go in to branch they will just open a Joint account and tie it to your sole accounts, no need to open an account in one name.

    Hope this helps
