Hi BB - just catching up with your diary. You are doing so well with your ebaying surveys etc. I need to do some ebaying but we having a horsey car boot in April at our yard so may have a look for stuff to put there. I am still obsessed with Swagbucks at the moment and now they have this special on if you reach a certain target you get a bonus so I am more obssessed than ever lol.

    Loving your pics too :D

You will have to post pics of the foal when it comes - I luurve baby horsies.

We have snow here today so brought the girls in this morning as even with heavy weights on I think they were miserable last night poor things :o Old chap is still on box rest. He had his injection into the hock yesterday so hopefully we will start getting somewhere now but I do feel better that the weather is bad and he has company in the yard now :)

    Morning LAM :D

Thanks for dropping by, glad your old chap is looking better, very frustrating when they are in and poorly, Hope the snow doesnt last too long as well!

Luckily no snow here yet which is great, a wee bit of rain but could really do with some more. No foal yet but she is eating for 3 so hopefuly signs!!

Nothing exciting again today, only standard direct debits for gas and electricity out today, have food in from lunch, batch cooked a load of mince last night so 5 meals in the freezer ready. Got some deodrant for testing through the post too so always a bonus :D

NSD yesterday, did hosses, OH cooked massive breakfast, did washing, went to mums did bit more work on her fence, played with nephew, more hoss time, big dinner and cleaned out hammie!!

Not sure if there was something in hammie cage or just time of year as had a really bad allergy/hayfever session last night and this morning is just as bad, grrr

Hayfever is no fun at all, poor BB!

It sounds like you're enjoyed working at the yard. I always enjoy it when I get the opportunity and it helps me keep some of the weight down as an added bonus!

Enjoy your day today, looking forward to the foal pictures.

Morning, so nice not to have to go to work today :D Had a day in the garden planned but its raining so may have to do some work in the house:cool:

Still no foal, getting bored now with waiting!! Hurry up!

Thanks Piq re hayfever, sometimes get it really bad, am really allergic to hay, great with horses :rotfl: Think its the dust though as in a field ok just screwed in enclosed spaces!

Managed to list a few items on ebay, a few watchers, need to do more though, no motivation but must do more. It looks like OH is definitely going to be made redundant end of this month :( so really need to up my game and also need to push OH as he isnt looking much at the moment and that needs to be addressed now.

£26 received from paypal for surveys and ebay sales so has been sent to target card. Direct debits also gone out for council tax, tv licence, water and virgin so a budget surplus of £35.09 has gone to target card. Give it a few days for payment to go through and be able to update on how much has been paid of recently, hope it gives me a wee bit more incentive to see it going down nicely :)

Morning, Classic a hamster with hayfever. He should be ok, he has no hay, is bedded on woodchips and dust free bedding and gets plenty of fresh air :D

Another sunny day dawns, typical back at work

Awake at 5 this morning and started thinking about money and jobs, never a good idea.

Think basic plan is this, OH will be made redundant end of April, not sure on redundancy package, but assuming we will be ok for 2 months and then poor. Will stop paying parents as of end April so that is £150 a month to put towards shortfall. Ideally OH needs new job asap. If not can try for temp work, sign on for JSA, worse comes to worse use up savings put aside for kitchen extension.

When OH is back work will re-start payments back to parents and replenish any kitchen extension savings used.

I think we may need to get into more debt  Currently OH has a company van which he brings home everyday so we are a 1 car household. This van will have to go back so we probably sure to need another car. I need a car for commute to work as no practical public transport and often, once a month at the moment, commute to our office in Southampton, again no real decent public transport links. So this leaves OH stuck without transport. So going to investigate getting a new car, possibly one on finance, yes adding to debt, but going with car we have had before and know the expense etc straight off and will be reliable.

Need to still keep up the extra money making, surveys, ebay, comps, daily clicks, keeping to budget, overpaying where necessary to make a dent on the remaining debts asap.

I need to get OH to chase up to see if we can move one of the cards onto a 0% deal so that will save us about £40 a month.

Am currently hammering target card which is CC2, so far this is going well. Balance currently stands at £2428.79 which means I have paid of £145.18 since 28 March, this includes interest charges added :j Just need to keep this going.

Seems like your well on the way with raising money, keep at it!

Perhaps try attending some local car boot sales as well.

Do you have any mobiles or jewellery that you don't want anymore. (lots of recycling websites e.g. cashmygold)

Maybe consider buying domain names (can take a while to see a worthwhile return though)

I have been using survey websites for around 3 years now and have tried numerous different sites. I would definitely recommend the following if you aren't already using them:

https://www.panelopinion.co.uk - this is my favourite survey website, it is simple but effective and I have won a lot of money on here...You can withdraw your money when you get to £10 and it doesn't take that long to build up a good amount. However sometimes they go through patches of not having too many surveys available

https://www.valuedopinion.co.uk - this website is good because they frequently have new surveys, which means you can qualify for them more often.

    https://www.toluna.com - same as valuedopinion

https://www.surveyfriends.co.uk - this website rewards you with vouchers and prizes, which seem VERY easy to win lol. During 2012 I have already won a £50 amazon voucher and a £10 ticketmaster voucher and my friend won a 40" HD TV just before xmas. I am recommending this website based on our recent and previous success
 2014: £20 voucher from SurveyFriends, £10 cash payout from Panel Opinion too and working towards more from Valued Opinions currently.
2013: £35 and £50 vouchers from SurveyFriends! More than £15 made from other paid surveys sites (Yougov, Panel Opinion, Valued Opinions, Pinecone, etc.) Happy so far!
