Its Thursday, slowly edging towards the end of the week :D

OH's interview went fairly well so we wait with fingers and paws crossed, hoping its successful!

£23.50 paid from Quidco today so just waiting for that to hit the bank and then throw at the cards.

Have a small confession in that bought 2 pairs of shoes yesterday online, total £38 as they were in the sale. Got cashback tracked from quidco. But will probably end up sending them back as got stupid size feet and can never get anything to fit properly. Must be the only female who hates shopping for shoes

    Morning BB

You're doing well and getting small amounts of money in and all to throw at the cards, you must be feeling pleased with yourself!

Fingers are crossed for the OH and that the shoes fit!

Piq thanks for the support, only small amounts so doesnt show much but pleased all the same, just need to keep at it.

Seen today on local group of a sharer wanted for a 15.1 cob mare, only 15 mins away, sooooooo tempting as really miss the horse and if share not big committment at the moment and be nice to get back into it somehow.

BUT, I really want my own, not a share and really even though small amount cant afford it at the moment and need to get rid of these dam debts asap. My goal was always to pay of the cards as loan and sofas interest free so I will stick to that, they will be gone :p

Think going to start paying to a target card as seem to pay lots of little bits to all the cards and never see much of a decrease. So as of today going to make minimum payments on all the cards as per before and make CC1 which is my NWG card as my target card and throw everything at this and see how this pans out!

So the current balance on this card is £2,712.39. Off to amend signature now!

    YAY its Friday :j

Short day as hairdresser appointment, have money already budgeted and withdrawn so a NSD today :)

£23.50 from Quidco arrived so that has been sent to target card.

Mortgage has gone out so another £750 ish of the total. No council tax and water bill due this month so have just sent another £210 to target card :D Next month wont be as much out of the budget for few pence every now and again, but great can put so much across this month.

Will be so pleased when debt free as all these pennies will be able to used for exciting things like horses and holidays :D

Free listing on ebay this weekend which means can re-list big item, please let it sell as will really help and free some much needed space in my front room. Will aim to get lots more other bits on there too.

    Its Monday

    A mixed weekend.

Saturday tidied my bedroom, I can finally get to my wardrobe without falling over boxes:) Managed to find 4 pairs of boots that dont really like anymore so they have gone on the ebay pile.

Saturday evening went to sainsburys and managed to blow £130  £25 was redemmed with nectar points, but still £105 needed, used the cc, not good  Must budget better! Bought fresh fruit, veg, yoghurts etc so all useful, spent £20 on lamp and lightbulb as managed to smash my bedside one the other day, oops, also bought 2 jumpers.

Sunday fared not so better, managed to get out and enjoy the sunshine and tidy up my front garden, just need to get some plants now, back garden is looking very sorry for itself so that is my next mission. Managed to get 6 items listed on ebay, still lots more but the rest are 99p start items so can wait, hoping things sell as will really help to get rid of the target card. Failed misreably at DFW on sunday evening as succumbed to a take away :o

61.42 came out of my account today as min payment for target card :)

38.25 to be refunded back into my account as the shoes I bought a few days ago dont fit so arranging those to be sent back tomorrow.

Need to ring EDF tomorrow as received final gas bill, only taken them 10 months!!! Going to dispute bill as their meter readings are wrong and £103 for gas for less than 2 months use in the height of summer is ridiculous, do they think I am stupid, so a fun arguement to look forward to

    Morning diaryland :)

Another day at work, short week as friday off as got free tickets from :money:to Ideal Home Show. Need to pay for train but taking lunch with us. Go and look at what we could do to our house and what nice houses that are finished look like :rotfl:

No money spent today. Target card is looking good currently standing at £2560 so a good reduction so far considering money spent on it on saturday. Fianlly bought shoes in to organise return so money coming of this card again.

OH is working away this week, back thursday so great saving on the grocery budget :D Still no news on his interview so keeping everything crossed for this. Few watchers on ebay so always a good sign :)

I used to love going to the Ideal Home exhibition, used to mentally spend thousands! Be careful of your credit card, if you see something you want, walk away for at least an hour to weigh up whether you really need it! It could be the cost of a leg of your new horse you're spending....

Thanks for dropping by Piquant, yep will not be spending anything (or very little as have none :o, just going to get lots of ideas and see what freebies we can blag ;)

Need to go out today as woke up late so havent got anything for lunch, unless a banana and a chocolate mousse is considered

Also need to get a small present for sister for birthday for the weekend, just a token present as bought main present already. I have £28 repaid from friend owing so will use this to buy present and lunch and have some spare as sister now thinking about going out for family lunch at weekend so need some pennies for this. I have been tasked with finding somewhere to go as her job means she doesnt get any free time, means I can organise balloons and the like to embarass her :rotfl:

Yay last day at work :D

£15 spent in Waitrose, small box of chocolates for sister, sandwich, crisps and fruit for my lunch, cough mini eggs cough, some emergency chocolate for the office and some chicken for last nights dinner.

Half of the chicken ate last night and rest for leftovers for lunch today so a NSD :)

£15 worth of vouchers landed on doorstep last night from survey company so £5 for sister top up present and £10 for colleague present in April, so no money needed to be spent :j These survey sites are soooooo boring but do seem to pay off well in vouchers and paypal. Have just ordered another £10 voucher and £8 in paypal ready to be withdrawn :)

Finally sent shoes back yesterday so should get refund within a week. Spoken to EDF today and they are raising dispute on account so we wait and see what will happen there.

Few watchers on ebay stuff, no bids yet, come on people do you not want my carp :rotfl:

Good day BB! You've a lot going on there.

Don't talk to me about eBay I've got three items on and no interest! It doesn't give me any incentive to put more on. I hate listing with a passion!

Most times I nearly quit half way through surveys, because of the dreary boringness of them, then you work out that it will take a lifetime to be able to reach any sort of payout....

Have a great time at the Ideal Home.
