I'm starting off my nice shiny creation ... with a nice shiny halo ...

I've already paid £50 off on one of the debts (must remember to update signature & summary post)

I've also been a good little puppy, not spent any money in the sales on any un-necessaries. Although I have spent a small bit on ordering a special offer compost bin replacement (I got almost a bogof). I've also ordered a couple of freebie water saving gadgets, hopefully it will have a little impact on the usage, now we're on a meter.

I'm all excited, as today I've received my first new 2012 seed catalogue ... Already spotted a couple of bargains in there, and I'm only on page 20 :rotfl: Will be writing a list of mouth watering delights tonight ... then will double check prices against competitor websites over the weekend, before putting an order in.

I will also need to finish getting the first couple of garden beds ready for planting as I'm expecting notification anytime now to say some of my fruit bushes are making their way to me :j

Morning Angelettes

Today is going to be a bit of a spend day, as we're going out for our annual festive meal with Mr GA's family (albiet a bit belated this year!) We usually do it either just before or within the festive period, but for various reasons we couldnt all get together on the same day .. except NYD ... which was already fully booked at our usual place :cool:

Must also remember to take the Tree down when we get back - I decided I wanted just one more night with it up & twinkling yesterday

Not a lot else to report, my two GYO mags arrived on my doormat yesterday whilst I was at work (gift subscriptions), so something to relax with later this afternoon.

Had a very lovely meal today, was nice to meet up with the Inlaws and catch up on things. My naughty but very nice FIL paid for it as well, so didnt spend as much as I'd budgeted for

An exciting moment for me, spur of the moment idea to check into the couple of Bingo sites I'm registered with ... thought while here I'll have a quick game .... and won £30 profit :j My first bingo win :j So sent a withdrawal request straight in for that little lot :rotfl:

Tree has come down & put back in its box ... but I'm thinking of putting my "twig light" creation back up .. just something nice about little lights (its a bit like the hazel twig ornament thingies) Hmmm, decisions, decisions.....:o

Not much to report this week - on a bit of a go slow as feeling really yakky with a fluey bug thing that looks like it's steadily making its way on to my chest.

Hoping I can stave it off, as I'm prone to bronchitis and really really really don't want a dose of that to start the new year

My first Voucher of the year has arrived, not yet had the bingo winnings hit my account - but the blurb does say it could take a week to clear into my account.

Other than that, works going ok and I'm trying to finalise my first GYO seed order of the year.

Hello lovelies ....:A

Ugh, I seem to be doing nothing but sleeping atm ... feeling really washed out, not sleeping well, sniffles, sneezing & coughing with this bug. Having fallen asleep on the sofa yesterday afternoon for nearly 3 hours - Slept in until nearly 11am this morning ... then somehow managed to crash out again on the sofa for 5 hours this afternoon

Not much else to report, except the bingo winnings have now landed in my bank account, so will get the money out tomorrow to put in one of my jars for end of month payments.

Normal service will resume soon I promise .... meanwhile - I hope everyone is well & having a good weekend :A
