Ah thanks u very much Aesop!! I`ve heard of the Asda one, but didnt realise there was a tesco one, and seeing as i do my main food shop at Tesco, will defo be using that now

ooh don't leave this thread! you can get money off codes for online shopping, ie £10 off £50 shop, T used to take coupons for online shop, not sure if they are now.. a few people have said they have been rejected, you used to be able to give them to the delivery driver and the money was credited back to your account.
and a while ago nice glitch, we got £26 off shop :j0 -

FD is online bank only hence the "cheapness" of their accounts.0 -

I have also sorted out my missing mug from personalised football offer that didn't turn up as didn't have time earlier
I like First Direct. When you ring up you get to speak to a real, knowledgeable person with no phone menus to wade through. Need an HSBC to make deposits though.
Not sure if it applies to everyone but they give me £250 overdraft with no fees or interest.
Also, if you have your current account with them you can open a regular saver account from £25 per month for a year at 8% interest.
I've used them for several years as a secondary account but have been so impressed that I'm making them my main account now. HTH :beer:
ps Agree about Santander Jeferey - absolutely rubbish!0
