Compared to in the past, when email was the key method for spreading viruses, our Virus Lab research shows that more than 80% of malware now spreads via the internet. More notably, only 1% comes from suspicious or ‘dodgy’ sites – the rest spreads via legitimate websites that have been hacked.
Yes, that was close, but relax...
avast! Free Antivirus is the minimum protection anyone should have against viruses and spyware. If you spend a lot of time online, however, you are naturally exposing yourself to greater threat. Fortunately, you can increase your security by adding more defensive layers.
I got the above when I clicked on the Tyrells crisps email to enter the valentines com:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Ohh, Aesop - that was spooky last night. Had similar things happen to me before - got woken up with 'cat' scratching the bedroom door, got up to shoo her back downstairs....no cat there  Was also hoovering the stairs last week, OH made me jump by creeping up and whistling in my ear...except no one there :eek:
Doc - need to look about for my BB too - Sky, Tesco and BT all have better deals than current provider (had been waiting for our exchange to be upgraded to get good Sky deal) We do spend on Sky tv though as OH (ok and me) likes the sport (but it's cheaper than watching it all in the pub)
Had bad experience with Lovetub puds last week - 4 day in a row I went into JS - none there in stock - coupon now OOD and angry email sent to them saying if they are going to run a promo like that then they should communicate with the store stock / logistics better to ensure product availability
Me a happy camper today - went to A to get 'those' onions, 3kg for £1 and they were reducing the meat (never norm have anything I really want or good reductions when I'm there)
£21.85 worth of mince, chicken and fillet steak for £11.55... minus the APGs I happened to have on me £7.97...and wombled a receipt with an APG of £1.97 on my way back to the car :j:j
Lilly - me have a £1 L'Oreal Skincare if you want it - pm meFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

fab kerri, well done on shop.
Our local sainsburys has 6 vultures who hover when it is reduction time. I wouldn't mind, but they take everything! AND they go and get stuff off the shelves that is expiring today, arm loads and take it to the SA to reduce for them! Can tell you the staff don't like them, and the other day the SA said you can't have both! I am taking one of the pies! And I thought good for you!
I am all for not wasting the food, but you get pensioners coming in and looking and these vultures have taken all the best bits. Take 1, and leave rest for someone else! Especially as they are in every night! 1 knows that I know what she is doing, as I follow her around the store...lol
Tonight was in sweet shop buying pop and 14 year old trying to buy cigs. The man was refusing, and the kid was saying they were not for him. I said "I could be an inspector stood her, and you would get them sanctioned if they sold you cigarettes right now!"0
