Hi ladies :hello:
I have a UU -elvive mousse, this did the job so I probably will buy it again eventually but I have a fair number of hair styling products to use up first and since I've just had my hair chopped everything is going to last forever.
I'm another one who will be hiding from the Qvc Elemis TSV this weekend. Just realised that before I joined this thread I didn't even know what a TSV was -hmmm, you lot are a bad influence :rotfl:0 -
Sorry for the riduculous hour but I have yet another UU to report from when I was getting ready for working the night shift, and this time it's a MAKE UP product:
Mac Prep and Prime Transparent Finishing Powder - Might buy again, it was one of those silica type powders that yes, made my skin look really good but there are other things out there the same for cheaper. Oh and I prefer the Mac Studio Careblend Pressed Powder to set my makeup.
Looks like I am on target so far to use up one product a day this year!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Id love to join if I'm not too late? Will have a good root around and make an inventory.
My weakness is hand cream and shower gel lol I know off the top of my head I have at least 15 hand creams. My problem is going to be being truly honest with the amount I have. I did work in a factory that makes all sort of products though so I used to get them all at staff discount....0 -
Some lovely stash lists ladies, keep them coming. It makes you feel so much better when you see what other people have hidden away in cupboards!Do nothing in haste; look well to each step; and from the beginning think what may be the end - Edward Whymper0

I need to confess.
Really down today.
1. fridge repair man can't come out until Monday.
2. house alarm has gone up the spout (need to apologise to neighbours later for a rather untimely noise late last night...)
3. been signed off work for 2 weeks
4. succumbed to Lush mail order and spent £29.83 on sale items I don't need.
It's item number 4 that gets me down the most. The fact that I caved in to cheer myself up. The whole point of this challenge is to realise that I don't need to buy these things to cheer myself up. I know the timing of everything is exceptional. Even so.
Off to naughty step... (Only consolation is that someone else is bound to join me there soon!)0 -
Just remembered. On the plus side: 2 UUS today. My Lush moisteriser (WIBA: yes but have another pot already) and BS nettle hair conditioner (thought there was more than I had, so finished it off this AM) WIBA? yes it's a hero product but I have 4 other bottles of it (Bought in bulk when they said they were discontinuing it - though they have since put it back on website...)0

Hi everyone
Will catch up soon, just wanted to list my first two UU's of the year.:):)
L'occitane shea body Lotion and L’occitane Rose Jardin Delice Hand Cream Gel -WIBA? Not unless they were in the sale again and I am using up body creams as hand creams at the moment so I don't have to repurchase any hand creams. So far, a no spend week!:j:j
Kiplingmonkey -love your L'occitane goodies - drooling just reading the list!! (do you also like kipling bags? As I love them aswell!)

We have all comfort bought many many times. At new year I was just about to put in a L'occitane order and got as far as putting in the first four digits of my credit card number and then went into a panic at spending £50 and promptly signed out of the site and came back and rejoined this thread to rescue me! I knew I was slipping back into old ways and it has taken over a year to really stop myself from buying. So it does take time and we all slip up so put your feet up and go easy on your self......:)0 -
UU - Body Shop passionfuit cleansing gel. I love this stuff
so started another from the stash.
IN - simple eye make up remover..........I only had one and got fed up of having to go in my daughters room to get it back, so bought her her own!XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX:wave:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX0 -
Ooh, Bev97 I got some delice de frits (spelling?) for Christmas. Have taken a small sniff and it smells divine. I don't know what the rose one is like. I can idetify with the logging off thing. I've done that with L'O, M&S and a few other sites the last few months and especially since Christmas!!! Forcing myself to use up some M&S stuff before I start the delice... Thanks for your kind words about my 'fallen state'.0

i used to do that with liz earle all the time! thankfully i came to my senses.
I've found sorting my stash out so all the like items are grouped together has helped because i actually have a visual reminder of just how much i have. makes it seem more "real" than just having a list and knowing i have a few or knowing i have lots of stuff.0
