Glad I am not the only person with random lush thingy in their stash list0

Be Strong everyone, we are almost at the end of the month hahaha.
I have another OUT:
NO 7 blissful body wash - WNBA - I thought it lathered quite well, and the scent wasn't bad, but it's £10, and honestly I would just spend that money elsewhere. Luckily this was given to me by a sweet friend, and as grateful as I am, I don't think I'd repurchase myself.
Oops forgot GA my burt's bee day cream deluxe sample.
I tried it once, a little too heavy for me. WNBA.
This makes it my 21st OUT.
I have been really good not purchasing anything recently, I really want to stay motivated. I'm hoping that having 2 jobs will consume most of my time, and therefore not spend it shopping lol.No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries Challenge

so I buy percy and reed hair stuff? Is it any good?? hmmm
Its the freebee with Glamour Mag next month (March 1 edition) 100ml sizes of FINISHING POLISH, MOISTURISING CONDITIONER,MOISTURISING SHAMPOO and TOTALLY TLC HYDRATING MASK (allegedly worth £43 together...)
might have to spend £8 on magazines next month.... :eek:Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -
the expected IN of Soap and Glory thick and fast mascara courtesy of ELLE arrived today.
the one thing i def don't need any more of is mascaras  I'm going to GA some just so someone uses them otherwise they'll be off and goopy by the time i get around to them.
I've TA my bare minerals volumizing one. it smelt a bit odd and has gone really clumpy. I've thinking of giving away my other big one and 2 minis from the stash of it incase its a clumpy formula in general. onto a bobbi brown one now that so far seems much better
also got my copy of the liz earle beauty mag. I've been trying to resist an order from there for ages but i think this may send me over the edge just a tad.0 -
Thanks Trudij, those are the thingies I wanted to try anyway so you just saved me £20 (if I love them I can always order more from qvc)0

No ins this month, apart from the 88p hand wash I got to replace the one that has been refilled a dozen times with unwanted foam bath and shower gels. It was necessary, so doesn't count anyway. Wonder how long my resolve will hold? I keep reminding myself I don't NEED anything.
Same with clothes.... I may be more successful there, the summer stuff is all packed away and I can't physically get much more winter stuff in the wardrobes. It does mostly get worn, but over the last few years or so I've gained weight, so I'm reluctant to part with expensive pieces that are just a tiny bit tight... Then I discovered the X Catalogue shops a few years ago, 98% of the stuff they stock I wouldn't or couldn't wear, but 2% of their stock is still a lot.. The prices are so low that resisting is soo hard. Could you resist a pair of wool mix winter weight trousers reduced from £50 to under a fiver? Me neither. That's why I have at least five pairs of those ... and about seven pairs of jeans that were about £6... some evening trousers x3 that were £1.99. You get the picture. Every time I went in Primark I came away with a pack of their wonderful seam-free underwear, three for a fiver. I think I have some thirty pairs...
Back to topic.
In INs I'm not counting the Barbara Daly mascara I got from a survey as I don't wear mascara (my eyes are too deep-set, it just bats off on my cheekbones when I blink). My daughter or some other lucky person will get it, I feel a bit embarrassed offering it on the FB swap page, as it didn't cost me anything.
A tiny OUT. I had a little lavender guest soap that had been hanging around the bathroom for maybe a year, it was part of a raffle prize, a (SH?) Boots gift set that I suspect was originally gifted a few years ago.
Not used up conventionally, but I made another batch of Laundry Gloop, (home made laundry gel) :money: and the mini lavender soap was grated in with the ordinary soap that I use to make it. The mini was so old that it grated like powder rather than the shavings of the other soap. The Gloop Recipe got me onto Martin Lewis' spot on Radio 2 last year, some of you may recall....Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
Any space on the naughty step?
INS: ethree shower gels, body scrub, lip balm, mascara, eye cream and three body butters from the body shop. Kerastase masqueintense and Bobbi Brown beige shimmer brick from buyapowa. So just a few *ahem*, once I got the Body Shop 40% off code I couldn't notLiving cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -

Move your bum over, I'm joining you and my rear takes up a fair amount of space:D
I had 2 INS today - went in to Tesco to get a facial wash and bought 2 - Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit and the Multi Defence scrub. Bonus though - the scrub was marked at £3.99 but scanned at £1.89 so I don't feel so bad.
I've been on the hunt for a facewash I bought in the US - it was a Biore one called Revitalizing wash. It foamed up when you pumped it out and was fab. Unfortunately I stupidly put it in a toilet bag in the case when I was coming home and it leaked everywhere - no damage but I was gutted it was empty. Don't know what I was thinking - hubby calls me the ziplock queen as pretty much everything gets put in ziplock bags but for some reason I overlooked this.
I've emailed Biore customer services to ask if they can get me it in the UK but I don't hold out much hope. I'll just have to add it to the long list of things I trail back each visit!0 -
the boots no 7 facewash comes out of the bottle as a foam, might do you as a substitute.0
