This will only be her second, can only see as its right at the front.
Is best to cook things from scratch especially with a little one although i find that can be expensive sometimes!0 -

Morning all,
Ive not been around past few days as ive been at work and in the evenings Owen decided he would start waking at 8.30-9pm crying and not go back to sleep. Wednesday night he had a very windy tummy keeping him but last night im not sure what it was..im just putting it down to his tooth
I did my weekly shop early and done it last night as doing the weekly shop on a weekend is a nightmare. I done pretty well as only spent £31 after coupons and that shop included £10 on nappies and £1.50 on teething gel.
My £2 Boots vouchers arrived so i can put that on my siggy now. Ive already spent it last! I had run out of dry shampoo so i used £2 then had 99p to pay after. I also bought a little gift set in the 75% off sale to put away for a birthday pressie which was £2.50.
Then i went to Outfit and bought a nice black pair of jeggings which were £23 but i had a gift card for there so spent £15 after using that. I needed trousers badly as i keep wearnig the same pair atm as none of my clothes fit me!
Ive just been playing muscial cars out the front as i live opposite a church who have a funeral on today and i was asked to move my car so they can park the hurst etc out the front. I dont mind as its a funeral. But i really wanted to say to him yeah fine but while your here can you tell the people that come to your church to stop parking outside my house and park in your massive car park round the back! Grrr it drives me mad when i get home and cant park outside the front of my house as they have parked there then i have to lug owen and all mine and his stuff half way down the road. While the church car park is half empty! Lol sorry for the rant. We live a minutes walk from shops to so we always get people parking out the front to go there too. I know i dont own the road, but god it drives me crazy when OH's car is on the drive and i cant park.
Right while the lil monkey is asleep i best get on make myself a cuppa and then tidy up a bit etc.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -
Evening,
I found a bargin on the site today https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3743407
£5 off vitamins no min spend and free delievery, so i bought 360 folic acid tablets for the sum of 25p! Bargin!!!! For when we next TTC!
Ive had a chat with OH and we have decided Sep/October of this year would be a good time to try for another baby!:D:D:D So i would need to start taking Folic acid around end of July/august. We will see how things go moneywise but if we are getting by OK will we go ahead and try...im sooo excited already!
With some of the cut back ive made recently im now going to start a savings pot for the next baby like i did before we tried for Owen. So this will be added to my siggy now too.
I havent had my car insurance renewal yet still! Also we are still waiting for the washing machine seal to arrive 2 weeks now so i think its lost in the post! Cant believe we have been so long without a washing machine now!:eek:Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -

I done well already with the Ebay listing...within 2 mins of listing the m&s vouchers some bought them with buy it now for £44 (i had watched to see how much they were going for £43) they have paid already too
BUt omg ebays fee's!!! they took £5 for that! Not sure how much paypal will take also. But nevermind as the vouchers were free from Sky so im still up.
I managed to list about 6 items in the end, if i can find anything else to list i will do so tonight.
Bottles are washed, one bottle made and in fridge, dishwasher is on, we are all fed, Owen is in bed, the house has been de-cluttered, hoovered and cleaned...apart from bathroom. All done by 7pm so i get a lovely 'me' time evening. OH is upstairs 'playing' on his ps3 so im watching 'take me out' while on here and drinking a nice cuppa
Ive had a couple things from Boots to test through the post today, one was bath bombs which was rubbish as tested that today, and lip gloss which was nice.
My mum is off to Asda 2moz so i have given her a couple of my vouchers from the huggies newborn kit i got free from the Asda Club. Huggies wipes are £1 atm so with the x2 £1 off vouchers from the box they will be free.:D:D
Right im off to hunt down some good coupon deals;)

So exciting about trying for a baby! Great incentive to try and save as well.
Is so hard without a washing machine. Ours broke a while ago and i ended up having to go to a launderette.0 -
Thanks wendy, hopefully i can workout something out and get some savngs behind us although its going to be a struggle.
I checked the dispatch date on the washing machine seal it was sent 10/01 so 12 days ago...i sent an email saying i hadnt recieved it yet.
Another thing we are waiting for is a dinning table and chairs set and a sideboard from Homebase. Im not sure if said about them?? OH's nan bought us the table and chair set for xmas and his parents bought us the sideboard for xmas! We ordered on the 18th dec and still havent had a phone call about when they will be delivered! Grrr, we have called them and they said someone would call by the 20th Jan..but they havent so another thing to chase up! OH's friend is waiting to buy the old dinning set off of us and we can only put him off for another week.
Weather doesnt look too bad from out the window today, i was planning on taking Owen to a free mususem which is in a big park he could have a play in. My friend keeps on he hasnt seen Owen since before christmas and hasnt seen him walk yet so thought i will kill two birds with one stone and bring him along to help me control Owen from running around the mususem;)
I must finish off the last day in my food diary today, it has been alot of work for £10!! But ive managed to do all but one day.
The only other thing i want to do today is get all my photos onto a memory stick.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35! Jan £95.05/175 Feb £37.53/1750 -
I am sure you will get there with the savings.
That must be so annoying about the washing machine and table and chairs! Can't believe the washing machine was dispatched that long ago and hasn't been delivered.
Hope you have a lovely day with Owen and your friend, sounds really fun.0 -
The weather wasnt as good as i thought it was today, very windy! We went to the muesem and it was shut! So we played in the kiddies playground for a bit but Owen wasnt really interested and kept wanting to be picked up as the wind was blowing in his face. Bless him.
I completed my food diary just now and they have asked me to do another week! Well i cant turn down the extra £10 so i accepted, i will try to do it everyday this time so its easier and not as boring to do.
Im not sure when i will be credited the points, monday i assume as that when shopandscan normally send out the points.
I spent 90p in the Co-op today on a reduced microwave burger for OH:rotfl:nice! He likes them and i thought better to by him that than him to go McD's and spend £5 like he normally does if im out. Ive just realised i dont have any bread for OH's sandwhichs 2moz so he will have to do with some burger rolls instead.Make £5 a day JAN £121/175 FEB £283/175:jWeekly Grocery budget of £35!
