For those of you who work full-time jobs...how many days holiday do you get per year (if you don't mind saying!)?

Ideally I'd love to get to Vegas twice a year, which I guess is doable on 23 days holiday if I use bank holidays to my advantage. I wish I had a job where I had like 40 days holiday or something...that would be amazing.

I just really wanna go back! (tantrum over)

I get 6 weeks, which have to be taken as whole weeks mon-sat(work 6 day week)then we have odd days from when holidays fall on bank holidays.

Has anyone used the MyVegas App on facebook? It's run by MGM and they're offering Rewards in return for points earned in mini games on facebook. I spend a lot of time on Facebook and staying in the Mirage next March. I'm wondering if it's worth playing?

Im playing it, have 20,000 reward credits soo far.
Some good rewards up for offer and its completely free to play.

Look up a facebook group called "MyVegas Friends" you can add friends and increase your daily chips to get rewards faster.

Question for harrisab (or anyone else who's looked into Social Rewards) can we redeem them if we're not US residents? The discussion thread that you linked to mentions it being US only? Thanks :)

Also, hope all those of you who are off in the next fw weeks have a fabulous time and thanks for your help and advice so far

i've redeemed 3000 so far, in increments of 1000 (and have another 1000 pending) - I just used the address of a hotel we're staying in near SFO and each one has gone through fine :)

For your 1st time going, would you get a flight from the UK to LA then drive to vegas over 10days or would you fly to vegas direct for 7days?

We are going for my mates 30th and i just wanna drive on the roads haha

Flights from 8th july for 1 week were coming up 1k each for direct flights and 900 each direct to LAX

    Does that sound about right?
    Halifax loan - 6800 - 198 DD a month
    Barclay card 0% - £2000 - £150 DD a month

Does it have to be that date (I know it's a birthday but is it non-negotiable for your mate to actually be there on the day)? If you go from Gatwick on 23 June and come back on 1 July (8 nights) Virign price is £616.30 at the mo. Try skyscanner.net and play around with your dates if you can
