VALUE FOR MONEYI think alictait withdrew to a bank account from PayPal...I've done it before lots of times but not from a points.com transaction and not for quite some time.
If you go to the withdraw section of PayPal, you can set up an account to withdraw to.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
VALUE FOR MONEYThanks. I can get $250 for my US Airways points, so I might just do that.0

Has anybody stayed in the Pallazzo??? I am torn, looking at going for 10 days next month..got flight price of 753 each, but unsure wether to spend double practically on this hotel, or choose a cheaper one..is the extra cost worth it ?? I have stayed at excalibur (15 years ago, and was Ok then), Luxor, Treasure Island twice. just looking for any feedback..thansk0

VALUE FOR MONEYfor 10 nights maybe stay somewhere less expensive at the start and have Palazzo as the treat toward the end? Have not stayed there myself, but would like to try it one day...wouldn't pay to stay there for 10 nights though as it wouldn't really be worth it to us as we're perfectly happy at much lower priced hotels most of the time but regularly end a trip with a few nights at a nicer hotel.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0

VALUE FOR MONEYyes i have stayed at the pallazzo, one of my fav rooms, better than Wynn not quite as nice as THEhotel IMO.
Would I stay there for 10 nights? No , but only because i am happier at somewhere cheaper
I would do as ferf suggested though and have a few days there as part of a 10 day trip0 -

I have stayed at Palazzo, and whilst it is very nice I would not recommend it for a long stay. The rooms are lovely, but it is very impersonal and hence it did not feel like a luxury hotel to me.
Tropicana has some excellent rates for August?0 -

thanks all for advice... it may sound strange, but i never really thought of staying in two different hotels, got quite a buzz about it now..... just need to choose other one for 7 nights..... i looked at tropicana, as that is coming out at £950 for 10 nights inc flight, so take 3 off and add palazzo... my only worry, i know i havnt been to LV for around 8 years, but i dont even remember looking inside tropicana...which worries me a bit, becuase had it looked nice I would have gone in, surely????0

VALUE FOR MONEYTropicana has had a renovation recently - it's much nicer than it used to be...not somewhere we've considered staying but others have had good experiences there - and if you're thinking of staying toward the north end of the Strip toward the end of the trip, maybe south would make sense for the earlier part.
We used to be completely against the idea of changing hotels...completely...it was the folks here who regularly did it that made us reconsider and now we quite like it...because I'm slightly crazy I always use check-out/check-in day to make a laundry run, which means everything's clean when we move...and packing to go home is quite easy as we've only been in the 2nd hotel for 3 nights - so not as much time to spread out...we're completely converted, and I should have listened to these people years ago.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0
