TR= Total Rewards account. If you haven't signed up for a card while in Vegas (don't know if you can sign up online) you will not be able to access the deals.

Ah, I see. I'm a total reward member so that's no problem for me to check. I just couldn't think what you mean. Blond moment. :o

Im sure i've seen this discussed before (but cant think if it was even here) but has anyone ever done an online shop and had it delivered to their hotel? We are staying at the Signature for 2 weeks but wont have a car so not keen on getting tons of shopping back. Am mainly thinking bottles of coke etc to save us spending millions in the ABC shop and having to carry it back in the heat every night. Just wondered if this might be an easy option?!

Would you not consider taking the bus over to walmart on east tropicana. You'd just take the bus from the side of excalibur and get the bus right back to the NYNY side. Or take a taxi back. Would be cheaper than going to ABC all the time, and also as a one off it would be less time consuming.

for me, i'd get there the night before, do twilight check-in and stop over at an airport hotel :)

Assuming you are flying with an airline that actually DOES twilight check in. For the overnight I found Yotel to be fab and very reasonable. It is so nice to wake up go check in then return for a leisurely shower and a bit of Sky news before ambling through security. Yotel are at T4 and also at Gatwick literally yards from the Virgin check in for those who still fly Virgin !

We got married on Monday and we're off to Vegas on Sunday, woohoo! Think I have everything sorted and organised however there is one niggling thing. I've seen people mention a popular diner on this thread a few times that is good for a stop on the drive between Vegas and LA (or Santa Barbara in our case). I'll be damned if I can find it though :S Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks :)

    HOTELS
    Peggy Sue's

We stopped there on the way out earlier this month

Mediocre food (gave me the runs!) (Look at Tripadvisor reveiws)

    50's decor.

Stop here to break up the boring journey and to view the Novelty factor.

BTW The temperature that day here was 113 Deg F

Would it be overdoing it to go to Vegas for your stag do, and then again for your honeymoon? I'm daydreaming! Just closing my eyes now, I can almost imagine stepping on the escalator outside Bill's..sun pouring over my skin..."one dollar boddla water, one dollar boddla water". Sigh!
