Determined to reduce the debts this year!
Affirmative thinking: I AM happy, I AM healthy, I AM slim and I HAVE money!0 -
I have made about £40, again not bad for a lot of stuff I don't need or use!
Now just to parcel up and send. Also collecting my bargain dressing table tomorrow, so looking forward to that :j
Unfortunately I did pop in to Tesco on the way home to get something for my friend who just had a baby. I got some sleepsuits for a bargain £4, but then Friday night munches kicked in and I spend another £10 on food.Oh well, it should last me over the weekend, and I had 2 NSDs this week so I won't beat myself up too much.
Have a MSE weekend everyone! xLightbulb moment Nov 2011

Another payment made to my Next account of £39.40 today and have also had a refund of a returned item to Next of £28 credited today, so my new total is:
#114 £460.60 / £15,962.80
In a better mood today as more items added to ebay last night and some already have bids on them. Ok so this ebay items won't go towards paying off debt as they will be getting me through supermarket shopsfor the remainder of the month, but at least I'm not panicking about it as much now.:xmastree:Pay all your debt by Xmas 2012:xmastree:

You've definitely given me a giggle with all these posts on Bra's. Wonder if Martin is reading :rotfl:
I never thought of selling bra's on ebay, I have a bag full of 30 as I had a clear out at Christmas, I'm sending mine into work as we collect them for woman in south Africa who walk the streets with no bra's on and get hassle of the men etc . However.......... their is some in the bag with the price tags still on, which I think I'll now put on ebay (every little helps) :T Thanks
I didn't stick to my NSD today, went to b & q to get some paint and ended up buying a floor lamp, it was reduced from £68 to £25 and its sooo nice, a bit like a Laura Ashley one. I love it.
Kerri - that would be brilliant if you could send me the link please, how much fabric do you normally order for a double duvet?I will stop spending on things I don't need
Lloyds TSB CC - £3577/£3650, HSBC CC - £2425/£2621, VIRGIN CC - £5349/£5405, BARCLAY'S CC - £3700, HALIFAX - £109/£199

Unfortunately max free listings is 100 items, though not sure why i'm bothered about that as i'm pretty sure i don't have 100 things to sell!! Plus there is always the 99p listings available. Just annoyed that i didn't do the scheduled listing trick!
Good luck ebayers!1% challenge - Started Feb 2014. Cap1 card £1,073.42
1% = £10.73 0% so far0 -
#250 £64/£12000
Made some returns to my Next account today, which has brought down my bill.
Am proud to say I haven't spent any money this week (other than essentials like petrol). Was going to treat myself to a magazine using the points of my advantage card, but apparently you can't use your points for them - was proud of myself when I did use cash to pay for it! Magazines are a particular weakness of mine!0 -
With all that bra talk i was wondering for a sec if i was in the right forums!
Anywho - Just got a buyer for my online virtual monies - 70 squids, which is 2 squids more than what i expect to get off ebay after paypal + ebay fees. He will look to pay monday - hurrah!.
However on a diff note, my brother needed some quick cash and needed to borrow 350 which he will "mostly" pay back next payday - so in total 280 down. Still not spent anything this year since that pack of fags and sarny on Monday, feeling quite proud of that. 1 Cig today total - getting there slowly!LBM Jan 2011 - £7933.95
Debt free by Xmas 2012 582.21/7933.950 -

Paid £303.94/£16231.42 :j #244
On the downside, I have realised that my overdraft will be much bigger by payday than it was when I added up my debts.
But on the upside, I've also worked out that I might be able to pay off my whole Next debt - that was just over £1,000 when I added everything up - after my next pay day. :j
Of course, I'll have to be a right boring sod in between. :rotfl:Grocery challenge September 2022: £230.04/£200
Grocery challenge October 2022: 0/£200
2012 numbers:

Entertainment - £79
Grocery challenge March £106.55/£100
Grocery challenge February £90.11/£100
