We found out yesterday that DD has been offered a place at the school she wants for next year. We were on the waiting list so I am so pleased (and relieved for her) I felt like we'd won the lottery!!
Today I checked the syndicate numbers at work and we have won the lottery :j:j:j 4 numbers £81!! I know its shared between 11 of us but I still feel like its my lucky week.
And Friday is PAYDAY

That's great news Ruth! I woke up this morning and said 'Oooh I had a dream last night that we got a big cheque off the tax people' and then it sank in that it wasn't a dream - it was real!!!!

So just did another 'if I pay off X a month I will be debt free by...' calculation... and if I pay roughly £500 over the minimum amounts. I will be completely 100% debt free by this time next year. An amazing feeling. I worked it out by doing pretty much exactly what happened last year so no payrise, extra £200 in October from my birthday and an extra £300 in December from my xmas bonus. It also means working the second job until this time next year but the speed these past 3 months have gone it will be here in no time. Very Very excited! xxxLife is too short not to love what you do.0

I'm not really here but just gone super geeky! Just discovered the date if in excel and by overpaying all this amount.
If I made a payment everyday at the beginning of my journey I would have had to have paid £33.47 everyday, it now stands at £29.82.
Uber geeky but made me smile!0 -
