I'm with Kerri, think it just means doing the job within time, to a high standard and keep the customer happy.
Four "ands" in one sentence. Don't think I'd have got away with that at school. Although, as my kids would say, I am an old ladypants!!Make £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020

Kerri, I found SW weigh-ins really helpful for keeping me on track. While it doesn't seem very DFW friendly to spend £5 per week, I also found that the amount I cut down alcohol easily paid for that £5. Plus that was when I started to properly meal plan. However, there is a SW thread on one of the other boards with lots of people just weighing themselves at home, and some SW and DFW friendly recipes.

Jakes-mum, can you give an example of when such expectations were met? You are a very good person to be doing this for your hubby.Make £2020 in 2020 £178.81/£2020

I probably should go and spend £5, it'll get me out the house and it's only once a month afterall. Besides, if I don't like it then I don't have to go again
I've decided, in fact let me go and do it, to cut up my credit card. There it's gone! Well it's in two halves, but you know what I mean. There will be no more spending on it, and I will start to overpay towards it instead of throwing all the money on it then paying other stuff with it. That way just wasn't working for me.
I'm also going to declare it as well as the overdraft, until they're deleted I'm not allowed to declare them paid. This is the whole point of having the Lloyds debit card sent to me, which I ordered yesterday. Lloyds will become the budgeting account and HSBC will feed it weekly with a standing order. If there's no money in Lloyds, I can't spend anySimples!
So....back down to less than 50% paid, but nevermind I will get there eventually...

Ive used his position in a company where if the material got contaminated in any way the entire batch was useless and had to be thrown away  Is that a good example? He was the manager so the entire factory was his responsibility as was the staff.

I've just had a quick look and one person seems to be stereotyping a lot. I really had to prevent myself from writing back to her! :mad:Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16
