DFW thing I've done today is to go to the post office and only pay for stamps
As these were paid for by the fleabay buyers, then that makes it another NSD so far
I'm also going to try to get my lloyds account to send me a new debit card so I can start to use that as my main account and my hsbc account as my bills account. This should hopefully make me start to budget a bit better and help me to reduce my hsbc OD againDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Well my horrible cold has settled and turned into a stinker!
Come home to a super clean house, now just need to work out where mother in law has put all the clothes!
Bit of good news some money we had been waiting on to come in is due to make an appearance. Hopefully it will help clear at least one of the visa's and might just make it to under the halfway mark by the end of next month! Phew! Sorry Jakes mum!
Right off to try and sleep for an hour and shift some cold!0 -
I had a friend at school who ate SUGAR SANDWICHES  just wrong. If the rolls are abit crumbly when defrosted I'd put them under the grill for burgers. As for the sugar I'd be tempted to try it in coffee, it might not taste any different.

Just done over an hours power walk after doing my normal workouts this afternoon, yesterday I did 2 hours of exercise and my buns and thighs are absolutely killing me!!! I've been doing a workout almost every night for a week now and am really enjoying it, I'm sooo shocked!
Did you manage to catch the episode of horizon on BBC 2 the other day called the truth about exercise. It's still on iplayer. Really interesting. According to some sport scientists, all we need to do are three high intensity bursts of exercise (20 secs!) three times and only three times a week. Well worth watching. I'm doing the high intensity bursts along with my normal regime (just in case!) As well as being debt free at xmas I'm hoping to be slim, svelte and toned!!
