Fritter Princess - or should I say Fitter Princess :rotfl:I saw that Horizons programme on exercise and it was fascinating. Thought about doing it but not sure what to do for the 20 secs as I don't have an exercise bike. What are you doing?
Thanks for mini-challenge Kerri - I did well with last week's as we only had one lot of dinner leftovers and I ate these the next day for lunch :A.Pay debt in 2012 #278 £2347/£5364

ooooh all you need to do is run on the spot as fast as you can for 20mins. Trust me, it's harder than it sounds to keep it up, we used to do it in jujitsu training! At least you don't need any equipment for it though. We used to run as fast as we could on the spot for about 20 secs then we'd have to run slower but with out knees raised up to waist height for 40secs then alternate back again a few times. Gets the heart pounding! :eek:New Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

I was sat waiting in traffic today with some flash barstewards zooming up alongside on the wrong side of the road and cutting people up. Anyway, I was getting closer to the roundabout when an audi pulled out without looking straight into the path of another car coming up from behind but using the oncoming lane to cut us up. BANG!!! The audi had a massive dent in it and was pushed down the road and the other car had its front passenger wheel now facing a different direction! 6 of one, half a dozen of the other to be honest. I hate accidents but this was just dumb as the audi guy should have looked before moving out and the woman should not have been coming down the road on the opposite side to cut people up (it is a bad junction though and loads of people were cutting up to turn right)New Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

That sounds like a long time!
Back on the road today, the running training has slipped massively because I've been spending so much time visiting my friend. I'm just aiming to finish the Chester one with 10 minute miles now. The GNR is going to be the fast one0 -

I always seem to be getting my timings wrong recently!

Ooh can I join in the weight loss challenge too? Could I do it in kgs though? I don't understand lb!
I just discovered that since I started this eating healthily thing I've lost 4kg! So I figured I might as well try and get down to what I used to be - another 7 kg, so that would have me at
