    Evening all,

#003 reporting in with an update! I haven't had much chance to post but have been reading when I can. I've been saving like crazy and managed to re-jig a few things to pay off another loan so my new total is now:

    003 £6,964 / £12,459

It means the rest of the month is ridculously tight but I couldn't resist it! 'Only' just over £5k to go now, so back to saving...

Congratulations to all those making headway with the debt and keeping the efforts up everyday. And as ever, a big thank you to Jemma for keeping the thread on track.

    Have a lovely weekend everyone

You CAN do this hun, is there no way of getting the money back that you transferred? xxx

Don just reread, and he can lend me the money.

No can do, went onto a visa with a balance. Could take it out in cash but I get a higher apr so decided I will do this!

If I can do this maybe I can cut back more on the budget!

    Hi all,

I don't really have a lot to post and won't do now till the 15th of every month (pay day)

I'm now down to one 'real' loan (apparently my student loan doesn't count and I keep convincing my mum that her's doesn't either! :rotfl:) so I've upped my payments to that, so that should be cleared by July.

So.............bit quiet for me I guess........

My friend is running the Towpath 100 tomorrow which is a 100miles run in under 24 hours (he's actually going for sub 21hours). This guy always makes me question my excuses for anything... What an amazing achievement (and what a nutter!)

Why don't you just make yourself a jacket spud? Saves spending money and the drive :p

I am meant to be going wedding dress shopping with my housemate, but I'm waiting in for a delivery so it's looking unlikely I'll leave the house today. Although I would like to go to the gym later :) Seeing as it's been paid for so I may as well use it. xx

I have the patience of a 4 year old child in this matter has anyone tried the ore cooked ones from the freezer isle.

    Plan of action today

Banking, karate, shopping, practice with a big stick for Sunday for weapons.

Just been on a mini downer as realising As a family we don't do half the things we used due to lack of funds? Role on 297 days

I would but we've only got baby new potatos in the house so a tad small! :p

There seems to be a lull in the rain at the moment so might go out for a walk. Just checked on the live website for my friends 100mile run and he's done 1hr 20mins of his 20hr run... Should be coming up to mile 7 by now. Come on Alex, only another 93 to go!!!

I know but at least the whole family will realise the restrictions that have to be imposed because of debt. I think it will be a really useful lesson for a lot of people to be honest and one hell of a deterent for getting credit in future! The other way of looking at it is that if you did loads of things before whilst still paying all your creditors back then just think how much better it will be when you have even more money next year :D Just think how quickly 110 days have gone and how far you've come, the next 297 will fly by...

Right, sod the walk, you've inspired me to do some kickboxing!!! :p
