I think there's about 10mins to go on the download for Open Office so let me try this first. I have tried changing the format of the Excel doc to text, unicode, csv...basically anything! I'm really confused and I hate problems that I can't solve.... :mad:

Feel like a right idiot that I can't get it to work...It's copying all the "[Font=" etc. formatting. You just need the text from the spreadsheet, none of the formatting. Once that's gone, it'll work fine.

Pedro the way to a girls heart is to spell her name right :P (mine is ALWAYS spelt wrong, even when people write on my facebook!)
