I've not been on here for a few days as I've had a hideous cold and have been in bed. Means I've not spent much though, I guess! Am slowly recovering, but still really bunged up and feeling rotten, but have loads of Uni work to do tomorrow so have to pull my finger out and get it done.Long haul supporter #290POAYDBX2014 #043LBM Dec 2011 Debt £51K Debt Nov 2014 £42K0

Eddi I heard that was really good and wanted to see it!
Jakes mum - we have had scarlet fever with one of our friends kids and gastro at school. Then today kid complains of stomach ache. Cue piggy back at age 8 and not wanting to play on games console! Thats one very poorly kid!0 -

Sorry I have been awol - I promise I am back now with a new found motivation. Have three of my children's birthdays within the next 6 weeks so debt busting has taken a bit of a hit but I am feeling back on it now.
I have BT my highest APR CC onto my other one at 0%. I was umming and ahhing whether to do it because I wanted to get the smaller card paid off in full by the end of next month, but I have decided it will save me quite a bit in the long run so I went for it.
Still havent heard from Welcome about my PPI claim - it will be six weeks this monday so I hope I hear soon.
My new total is £1798.58/7873.87 #130Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.0 -
time to confess - unnecessary spend of £80.:(
I took DS on a budgeted day out to the city, the plan was mueseum, N*nd*s and a mooch round the shops. The 'mooch' turned into a jumper and a jacket for him, not even 'needs' but 'wants'. Why is it that i had no urge to buy anything for me but gave into temptation to get him nice things?
On the plus side i can put the money back over the next few weeks, the jacket was half price, we had our first meal at N*nd*s and DS and I had a fab day out.
Although there was a bit of a dodgy moment on the train when we got caught between a group of middle aged Argyle football thugs (wrong in so many ways  - where do i start?) and some Proper farmer lads on a stag do - the joys of public transport

Another hundred off my total I've now reached my 10% point and (i've just put italics on the computer and I don't know how to switch them off, i hate this laptop) Well I'm delighted, it's payday Monday week and I still have money in the Bank, it's a great feeling.
