  • I find cutting carbs like bread, rice, pasta and so on really hard as I struggle with lunches without these. we don't have cooking facilities at work, not even a microwave, so without bread I'm stuffed. Well actually, I'm famished rather than stuffed, but you get the gist. :rotfl: Especially now it's so cold.
Any ideas for low fat low carb lunches?

another £5 amaz0n voucher for me courtesy of swagb*cks :j :j im wondering if I should *buy* them off myself, as in pay £5 off my debt everytime I get one as I will be using them for the kids christmas that I would have to pay for anyway with cash  does that make sense?

Lolling at Loubie and her 1000 posts :D isnt that cheating :rotfl:

Hmm all this talk of carbs, im wondering if thats why I cant put on weight as I cant eat pasta or alot of bread, and I only used to eat rice with curry but now ive got the nut allergy and all the jars say 'may contain nuts' I havent had rice for a couple of years

Have you thought about investing in a wide neck flask that you can put soup/chilli etc in? I bought one once when I worked somewhere without cooking facilities.
