OH has just made me cross, apparently we can't hypothetically move out of London in a few years time after he's lived there for a few years, although we are apparently moving to Cardiff according to him, which I am definitely not!!!
He has said I'm not allowed to do any planning of our future and we'll just take it as it comes! HMPH! All find and well until you decide "ooh I want to buy a home", then what will he do? Magical up a 25% deposit from thin air? All I wanted to do was have some idea of house prices so I could plan my finances accordingly :(
Funny how hypothetical conversations can make me so cross.

if you don't want to have kids in london or move to cardiff, come to KENT, we are nice xx

on the debt busting today posted 6 more ebay parcels and got 7 to do tomorrow, i think the PO woman hates me, mwahahah 'my ebay pays my debts and your wages, now get weighing' (is what i want to say, but im too polite :p)
will update my total tomorrow xx

i also couldn't sell my books, kids (well sometimes lol) or my yorkie xx

 Im sorry but anyone telling me to take life as it comes would freak the carp out of me . I like to know what im doing, where im going and who with, if I didnt do that how could I afford to do the things im not planning?

I do think men tend to freak out about the whole commitment thing, take DH who even after we had a kid, a mortgage and completely joint finances still took 7 years to get his backside down the aisle (thats from the time he asked me to marry him, not even from when we met ) I'd personally start leaving bridal mags out on the kitchen table just before he was due to arrive just to teach him a lesson about trying to stop me planning things, but DH always said I was a cruel woman :rotfl:

Right, I'm off to have my hair done, have a lovely evening everyone, I'll probably be back on later of course! I really need to do some updating tonight and not get dragged into conversations about knickers and dates...! Have had a great laugh though...

Kerri, what is the next topic of conversation...? :rotfl:

Yeah he does sound a bit like a commitment-phobe. Does he not realise it is the role of women to boss men about :rotfl: ? I must admit I do like to plan the major things out too otherwise I don't feel secure and like you say, you have to plan house purchases otherwise the finances just won't be there. Please feel free to rant - we'll listen :)!

The holiday sounds good though - I love planning hols :).
